After a long tasting ceremony held in honor of the street food, we went for the market. The boys dispersed to whatever shops attracted them. The boys were really in awe after seeing all the shops, but for me, it was a regular fair kind of a market. But still, I  roamed around the shops to see if there was anything interesting.

That led me to the traditional antique looking shop. There were house decoration items mostly all made of wood of different colors. I had seen a complete wood market before but still place was really well managed. I looked back at the boys who were spread out in various shops.

I stepped into the shop to get a good view of their products. What would I buy at a home decor, you may ask. Nothing. I make way between the isles, judging all the wood boxes and tapestries. Then their were wall hangings made of wood and resin, and those were absolutely breathtaking. Everything that I had seen in an antique museum once were for sale here. Not finding anything of interest, I was about to walk out, but at the final glance, my breath caught. It was a resin section.

I practically jogged over there to see the items. Resin jewelry, coasters, bookmarks, and even pens. I definitely had to get something from here. After a few minutes, I was stuck in between 3 items. A peacock feather bookmark, a dried rose bookmark, and a lavender resin pen. I lo ed resin crafts, but this pen was something I've never seen before. Most resin pens are bulky and tacky to look at. But this one was really thin, the width of a pencil, with intricate silver designs. And do you know the best part? It could hold any color refill until it's a ballpoint one. I knew what I had to buy. But before I went, I admired the bookmarks for the last time. They were a beauty, but I could only buy one of them. When I was at the counter making the payment, Jay entered the shop. I waved at him and came to me.

"What did you buy? " he asked.

I showed him the pen and looked impressed by it.

"There's a lot of decor items here. You might want to take a look." I said while the owner packed my pen.

"What do you suggest?" He asked.

"I'm not sure. There's woodwork here and resin work there. They have really good bookmarks." I answered, taking my pen and keeping it in my sling bag.

"You didn't get any bookmarks?" He asked, peering at the resin counter.

"I wanted to. I was in a fix between a rose and peacock bookmark and this pen." I said. "But I can only buy one today."

It wasn't as if I had no more money. But just the fact that buying more than one when it was already costly would feel like a waste of money. Then Jake came in looking at the store and spotted us  through the aisle.

"Hey guys. Something good here." He asked while looking around. But then gave an answer to himself, "I guess not."

"Exactly. This store is only for intelligent people." Jay joked, and Jake looked offended.

We three came out to see that Sunghoon and Heeseung were fighting over something. Reminded me of all those shorts I've seen of variety shows. Jay excused himself, and I made my way to the two with Jake. It was a shooting range where you win a gift, I realized. They were out of chances and it was the last shot, but they weren't interested in buying more. They needed to win this time. When I thought maybe Jake would break them up, he joined the argument asking for the last shot. I shook my head and looked around. I joined Sunoo, who was near the keychain gallery. He was confused between two specific keychains. One was a teddy bear and another was...also a teddy bear...but different color.

"Buy both?" I suggested.

He looked at me as if I had given him the solution to a very hard math problem.

"Right? I'm acting stupid." He said and picked the keychains from the bundle. And me being the keychain freak I was, I got Doctor Strange's time stone keychain. Because trust me, you can never have enough keychains. Our job was done in a few minutes there and we decided it was time we went to find others. It was already 5 PM, and it would take 2 hours to reach home. Sunoo took my hand in his and started to swing it hard while walking. It was really fun. When I saw 2 people looking at us, most probably thinking he was my boyfriend, my mind went to rebellious mode.

"Baby, do you think we should've gotten the rose one?" I asked him.

Sunoo looked at me in question, and I gestured towards the people with my eyes. And, of course, he understood the assignment. He even took it to the next level. He left my hand and took a step back. Grabbing my waist, he put his head on my shoulder and pouted.

"I know, love. But they didn't have any left. I'll buy that for you next time." He said in a whining voice, making it hard for me to hold both my laughter and my giddiness at his actions.

The two people grimaced and walked away from us, making us burst into laughter. He stood straight and flung his arm over my shoulder, and we walked the rest of the way. I thought I had just met my new partner in crime. I absolutely loved to make nosy people squirm with discomfort. Turns out, Jake took the last shot and lost. After some time, everyone gathered near the shooting range, ready to go home. We all laughed and chatted about various things about the whole day going out. When Sunoo left my side to run behind Sunghoon, Jay took his place.

"Did you have fun today?" He asked.

"I should be asking you that. But yes, I did." I said while smiling at a running Sunghoon.

"Here." Jay handed me a bag.

"What is it?" I asked and opened it.

It was the bookmarks. Rose and peacock feather. Before I could say anything, he started first.

"You took your own ticket, and i did not say anything then. If you refuse this, I'm only going to spend more until you accept something." He said in a warning tone, and that shut my mouth.

"Thank you, Jay. Really." I said, hoping he could see the sincerity in my eyes.

We went to the van and I was surprised to see it wasn't the morning one. Jay patted my back before getting in. But that did not affect me as much as Heeseung's raised eyebrows and smirk did.

So I wrote 2 chapters today. One made me cry so hard. And another was something you guys would love 😏

I'd say cherish the fluff while you still can for the next few chapters.

See ya!
