I groaned when the alarm started buzzing. I reached over to the nightstand and turned it off. I turned to see Heeseung fast asleep. I fell back onto the bed and almost drifted off to sleep until I remembered that day it was. 31st Dec. My parents were coming home and I needed to leave as well. And I half wished the bed would swallow me up. It was going to be hard to explain it to everyone.

I sat back up and moved the covers away. But heeseung caught my hand.

"Come back." He rasped.

"Morning, Hee."

I went and kissed his head. He barely cracked an eye open making me chuckle.

"I need to go. You sleep." I said.

Heeseung was back asleep so it wasn't hard to pry his hand off. It was 7 AM. There was a lot of work to do. I quickly freshened up. Collecting all my things from the washroom.

I wore my one-shoulder top that I had brought here. I gave a last look at Sunoo's clothes in the basket. My favorite sage green hoodie of his was hanging on the coat rack. I wish my mother didn't remember what my clothes looked like. I would've happily whisked it away with me. I cleaned all the hair accessories and put them into the box. I did my usual hairstyle of college. Well, one look at the mirror, I didn't look that different as compared to a month ago. I looked at Heeseung one last time and stepped out of the bedroom.

Sunoo's room was cleaned up. Now there were 2 more rooms left for me to check in for any of my stuff. The kitchen was empty, which meant Jay wasn't up yet. Thanks to my repeated requests, Jay had ordered some Idli batter. Ready-made wasn't that ideal, but that was the only thing available at the moment.

I made a quick breakfast for all of them. I checked the time, 8 AM. I frowned at how quickly the time was running. I opened the train navigation to check on my parents' ETA. 5 PM.

So if I leave around 1 PM, I can get home by 2:30 and start cleaning up. It would've been more difficult if I hadn't already done a bit the other day.

I took out my backpack and stuffed my laptop and other small items in. The clothes that I had brought were also already inside. Seeing that I had almost everything set up, I stuffed my bag under the table where no one could see it.

The door creaked open and Jake came in.

"Morning, Jake." I greeted.

"Oh Morning, Darling. Why are you up so soon?" He came over to me.

"It's already 8." I reminded him. He shrugged.

"Yeah...and woah why are you all dressed up this early?" He asked in surprise.

"Why? Don't I look good?" I pouted.

His eyes trailed down my body and he coughed once. "No. Yes. I mean- you look good."

Got you. I smiled and ruffled his hair.

"Come on. Eat something." I said and went to the kitchen to serve him.

An hour passed. Most of them were out and about. I tried my best to not look suspicious. I just needed to look for the right time. But there was a major task at hand before I did that.

"Hoonie, is Jungwon up?" I asked him.

He looked at me from his phone. "Yep. He'll be here any moment now."

"Alright. I'll be back, Sun."

Sunoo drew back from my shoulder and I got up from the couch. I went to Jungwon's room and knocked. A faint 'come in' came through. I opened the door and saw Jungwon dressed only in his pants. I blinked and looked away.
