By dawn, we were already on our way back. And by the time we got inside the car, I saw the first of the locals on the hilltop. Now imagine if they had arrived 20 minutes earlier, they'd have seen two youngsters cuddling in the middle of nowhere. A stark PDA.

The ride back was normal. Well, as normal as it could've been. Jake's hand was back on my thigh. And I had a hard time keeping him from going any further up or ignoring his suggestive smirk.

"Don't push your luck," I warned him. "We're not doing anything."

He started pouting. "Please?"

I opened my mouth in disbelief. "Please what? Just drive."

"Okay, mam." He grinned.  I'll drive you."

"Holy fuck." I started laughing and he joined in as well.

Let's just say, he ended up getting his hand slapped away and drove the rest of the way with a pout.

It was around 9 AM that we reached the hotel. It was then I realized how far away the place actually was. After all, it did take more than an hour on an empty road. And pair it with the morning traffic? It became a two-hour drive. Thankfully, we stopped by at a restaurant to have some breakfast or I would've been embarrassed by my growling stomach.

As soon as I got out of the car, nervousness filled me. I came out of the room last night and immediately left with Jake. I didn't even meet anyone before going. How careless was that?

"Just a sec." Jake said from behind the car.

"Okay." I answered.

I took time to take in the lobby of the hotel for the first time. Last night, I hadn't concentrated on it at all. The reception was small, with a long desk in the middle of the floor. A woman in crisp formals was attending two guests.

Another girl a few years older than me was beside her. And to my surprise, she was looking right at me. I blinked and averted my eyes. I was the one who was staring at them like a creep.

A hand slipped into mine. Jake stood beside me with a bright smile that eased a little bit of my nerves.

"Shall we?" He asked me.

I took a deep breath and nodded. We took the elevators and were halfway through when I felt like something was missing. And it didn't take long for me to realize what it was.

"I left my bag in your car." I told Jake.

"Oh. Alright. You wait here. I'll get it."

"Thank you. And sorry." I said sheepishly.

"Eyy why sorry?" He ruffled my hair and went back into the elevator.

It didn't take much time before he was back. He handed me my sling bag and we quickly reached the suite. Once Jake opened the door, he gave my hand a last squeeze and nodded. I gulped and stepped in. I wish I could silence the clack of my boot on the hard floor.

I stopped in the hallway. Three of them were sitting in the living room. But I was greeted with a strange sight. The black mop of heads that I was used to till now, were different colors now. Sunoo was the first one to see me.

"My Lee! Come, come, come." He beckoned me wildly.

The rest two, whom I now recognized as Niki and Heeseung, turned to me. But I was focused on Sunoo. His teeth were shining red, green, and blue. The lights flicked from one color to another so quickly. And the way he was still grinning at me with those crinkling eyes and blonde hair, my mouth fell open in disbelief and surprise.

When I didn't move from my place, Jake pushed me forward and Sunoo ran to me and grabbed my hand. He took me to the center and the space beside him.

"How's my new hair?" He asked me.
