"He wants to meet me?" Leah asked in surprise.
"Yes. Down the corridor, second room." The staff pointed in that direction.
The staff who was with Leah looked back and forth between both of them. And Leah could see the skepticism in her demeanor.
"Okay. Come." The staff said.
"He wants her alone."
The woman shifted on her feet. Leah guessed she was scared to leave her alone when the members themselves had asked her to accompany her. To ease her situation, Leah took matters into her own hands.
"It's okay. I'll go. What's my seat number?" She asked.
"A23." The woman said.
Leah made a mental note of the number and turned to the other staff. "Second door?"
She nodded.
"Okay cool. Thank you." She gave a small smile to the staff.
The staff tilted her head in confusion but hesitantly smiled back. Both of them bowed slightly and left.
"She doesn't look like a bitch." The staff whispered and she looked at Leah, who was going down the corridor.
The other one nodded. "I know. But they said so."
"Do you believe it?" The former asked.
"After spending a few minutes, not really."
Where the staff whispered among themselves regarding Leah's behavior, the said girl stood in front of the door in turmoil.
Should I be meeting Sejin without the boys' knowledge? She thought.
She didn't want to. But at the same time, she shouldn't deny when Sejin hadn't shown any aggression towards her. Hoping that everything would be fine, she opened the door and stepped inside.

Sejin tapped his foot on the floor. Everything was going out of hand. He was prepared to calmly talk to the boys about the pictures and convince them of the hazard it would be for Leah if the pictures got out. That was the trick he was going for. It was easier to make them break up if it came down to Leah's safety. They cared more about her than the possible setback in their careers.
But all of it for what? He bribed the guard in that resort to take pictures and send them to him. But the guard double-crossed him and asked for money directly to Enhypen. As if that wasn't enough, the director aggravated everyone by using force on Leah. What could've settled quietly, was now blowing out of proportion.
With Enhypen already at odds with the management, his hands were tied. His only option was Leah herself. If she broke up with them, the trouble wouldn't end up on his plate. Maybe, just maybe Leah was actually as smart and caring as she looked. He could convince her with the ruse of saving Enhypen's career. And if he was successful in it, he wouldn't have to go to extreme lengths.
He didn't plan on what to say to her. That girl gave quite unpredictable answers. So planning was futile. He hoped he could come up with something during their conversation.
The door opened and he sat up straight. Leah entered the room. Sejin took his glasses off and placed them aside.
"Ah, Leah. I was waiting for you. Take a seat." He gestured towards the chair in front of his desk.
He watched as she quietly closed the door and followed his instructions. He gave a fleeting look at the dress she was wearing. With every day that passed, he kind of understood her appeal. She was pretty, he would give her that. Very different from the K-beauty standards, but pretty nonetheless. If only she was like a normal girlfriend that he was used to seeing, things could've been different. Once she sat down, Sejin smiled at her.
