I checked all the rooms one last time. Nothing anywhere. It felt bitter that I'd never come back here again.

The bedrooms where I had shared so many intimate moments with all of them. Where I had slept for so many nights with Sunoo, Jungwon, and Niki. So much so that I just knew I'd feel the lack of their presence for a long time starting tonight.

Specially Sunoo. Our little canopy of blankets where we tossed and turned and teased each other with little pecks. His soft giggles and murmurs as we shared every random story of our lives during those nights.

Or Jungwon's lips brushing the back of my neck as he snuggled into me. Or Niki's heavyweight on me when he sprawled wide.

The living room where we ate, played games, chased each other around, held so many board meetings and discussions, danced laughed, cried, hugged, and kissed. The boys might be used to this as they travel a lot. But I was going to miss this place dearly.

I remember when I first saw Sunghoon sitting on the couch and was absolutely starstruck by him. The ethereal Ice Prince, had smiled and offered me a seat.

My first real conversation with the maknaes, movie marathons with everyone, spending time with Jay around the kitchen. Those dance lessons from Niki. That fateful game which changed everything.

I looked at the counter where we had spent so much time together. I walked toward it and sat on the stool. From here the whole room was visible. I took out my phone and snapped multiple pictures.

I saw Sunghoon and Jake come in. They saw me taking a picture and immediately grinned wide and started posing. I laughed and took a few pictures of them as well. They came to me still bickering about who posed better.

"What are you doing, my darling?" Jake sang.

"Just looking over, Jake." I said.

"Sad?" Sunghoon asked me.

I sighed. "Very. I'm going to miss this so much."

"Yeah. We will miss this place too." He said and looked glanced at the living room.

"I don't think we've ever connected to a hotel room before. Even during long vacations." Jake said.

"Yeah. But those were just that. Plain hotel rooms. This was more." He looked at me with a sad smile. "We had you here."

I smiled back. He came up to my side and let me rest my head on his shoulder. Jake licked his lips. I practically saw the tentative thoughts flashing in his eyes. Hesitation. And I didn't understand why. We were way past this. All lines crossed a long time ago. But Jake had never come close to me in front of others.

I held a hand out to him. He took it generously and stepped closer to my side. I knew Sunghoon's eyes were on him and judging by Jake's expression, they were encouraging. I drew away from Sunghoon.

Jake took this as an opportunity to pull me in a back hug, which was very easy, given it was a stool. He turned me to face Sunghoon so it was easier for him to hold me against his body.

Sunghoon's eyes clouded with sadness as he bent down and connected our lips. I would've surely been skeptical of this if it weren't for the fact that I may or may not see him again. Wouldn't hear him call me Love. So I kissed him back without hesitation. He pushed me back into Jake and closed in. Leaving a trail of heat on my skin as his fingers flicked back and forth on my thighs.

Behind me, I could feel Jake struggling. It was evident in his harsh breathing. In the way his body was tense. His thumb pressed into my palm through our interlocked fingers. A small thing, but it added to this tension that was dangerously close to snapping.
