Elijah is another one of the electric engines. He was one of the first original engines to be built at the works. Plans from Metropolitan-Vickers were borrowed in 1924. He looks reminiscent of one of the Metropolitan Railway's electric engines, with some alterations. He was completed and sent up to Peel Godred in 1925. He helps run passenger services on the line to this day. He can be boastful and rude sometimes, but he gets the work done. He absolutely abhors goods trains of any kind. He is pompous and arrogant when it comes to passenger trains. Unlike Elaine, Elijah has had one or two accidents since 1925. He crashed through the back of the shed in 1926 and derailed at the junction at Kildane. The others will never let him forget these two accidents.
