Harley is another S100 that works at Tidmouth. She's a cheery engine, but less blunt unlike her sister Rosie. Just like Rosie, Harley served in North Africa. She doesn't talk much about her service, so not much is known. It is thought that around this time that she suffered the engine equivalent of a traumatic brain injury. After this she was never quite the same. She carried on with her work, but always seemed to have a pained smile on her face. She could also sometimes be seen quietly laughing and crying in a sighting. Crews had no real complaints about her performance, but her demeanor left much to be desired. When she was withdrawn in 1967, the Tidmouth Seaport Company bought her to shunt at, well Tidmouth. Two years later, Rosie was bought by the NWR to be station pilot. Even though they were sisters, the two did not get along at first. Rosie was a little unnerved and Harley was more skittish than usual around her. When Rosie broke down one day, Harley pulled her all the way to the works since no one else was available. On the journey, they finally started talking. It was then that Rosie not only knew the cause of Harley's standoffish attitude, but the reason she never talked about her service. Chunks of Harley's memories were missing. She still doesn't have all of her memories, but she's trying her best to regain them.
