Paxton is a class 14 that works for the TSC. He was bought from a steelworks in Corby which had withdrawn him. He's a simple engine who gets along very with others. His class was nicknamed "Teddy Bears" when they were first built. Paxton's personality reflects this since he's so friendly. He has a very close friendship with Harley. They always confide in each other whenever they have a problem. He has been Harley's main supporter when it comes to dealing with her past.
