NOTES: I usually don't like writing episodes of the shows word to word, even if I use some of their stories, I like doing it my own way but for this one, that was impossible because the point is to show, in my vision, what happened and why Oliver was being such a jerk to Kara. That's probably the only time I'll do this. Having said that, I hope u guys like it
.
Chapter Summary: My version of what really happened on Invasion and why Oliver was treating Kara the way he did - Part 2.
.
Oliver kept staring at Kara and then at Barry, feeling a bit confused about what was going on.
- Barry, I thought you were bringing an alien... – He said, with his arms crossed and a cold voice. He was sure he wouldn't be able to be anything different than that towards her right now.
- Yeah, we did – Barry said, pointing to Kara and she just rubbed her hands together, feeling really nervous the moment she stared at Oliver. – This is my friend, Kara Danvers, or as she's known in her Earth, Supergirl.
Oliver thought for a few seconds and then it all made sense in his mind. She wasn't a meta-human, he assumed she was because of her powers, and she never actually told him that. She was an alien, he thought.
She tried to smile, be nice and hide the fact that she was in deep shock to see Oliver Queen there, in front of her. Since she accidentally end up there, and now she learned it was Earth 1, she went back home, learned she got poisoned by synthetic red kryptonite made by Maxwell Lord, and she could remember all the cruelty she had done, like throwing Cat Grant from the top of CatCo media just to prove a point, threaten civilians, hurt her sister Alex with mean words. She also remembered about Oliver, and felt terrible. She wasn't the type of person who would seduce people just to get what they want, that would behave like she did, at least not until she was sure about what she wanted and actually knew the person she was hooking up with. She remembered he was a vigilante and she helped him that he was so nice to her and they shared some good moments. She also remembered in details what happened in his apartment, and the fact that she left and managed to get back home. She wondered if he recognized her, and how awkward it would be to fight by his side in this fight against the Dominators.
- What makes her so super? – Jax asked, feeling a bit skeptical and Kara just smiled and flew high enough, making people stare in awe, except for Oliver, he had seen it before.
Kara used her heat vision to draw the symbol of the House of El on the floor, leaving Diggle speechless.
- I'm convinced! – He said, staring at Kara flying.
She went back down and took a deep breath, doing what she did best: Be nice, friendly and help people, so she put a smile on her face and tried to memorize everyone's name. The way Oliver told her he was the Green Arrow after she said his name, felt like a cold splash of ice on her stomach, but she just ignored it and kept going. She would deal with that awkwardness later.
- Ok Cisco, we should probably get started – Oliver said, cutting the cute moment Kara was having with everyone else. He really thought they shouldn't waste any more time.
- Ok, well... – Barry said as he turned on the monitors, showing an image of the aliens – These are the Dominators, we don't know much about them.
Kara had a flash of memory by staring at that image
- Except they're really strong. – She said, making everyone look at her – I've heard a lot of stories about them when I was a kid. They came to my planet before I was born and they did experiments on a lot of people, killed a lot more.
