92. The Wedding

NOTES: This is a sequel to my story "Where are we now", that's also published here. I remembered that some folks asked me to write about their wedding and I just got inspired, so I hope u guys like it.

There are a few scenes from "Where are we now" here as Flashbacks, but I still suggest everyone who loves Kariver, to read that story if they haven't already, it's worth it, you won't regret it.

Kara woke up alone in her bed and she took a deep breath, remembering that it was her idea to spend the last week before their wedding, apart from Oliver, and she was beginning to regret it because she missed him a lot. She heard a knock in the door and used her x-ray vision, just to see Alex and Sara outside.

- Come in! – She yelled.

Alex had a copy of Kara's keys just in case but they always knocked considering they always caught Kara and Oliver in bed when she visited with Sara, so this way they avoided all the awkwardness.

- I forgot Oliver is back in Star City for the week... – Alex said as she pulled the sheets off of Kara and Sara sat on the other side of the bed.

- Your big day is finally here! – Sara said as Kara sat on the bed – So let's go, as your two maids of honor, we have a lot to do!

- Thanks guys for helping me with everything, all criminals from National City decided to attack together this week, so I don't know what I would've done without you – Kara smiled as she got up from the bed and hugged them

- Of course we would help you, I know I'm your bestie – Sara teased, making her laugh – And you were so wonderful in our wedding, there's no way we wouldn't be part of today with you.

Kara got up from the bed, showered and changed, all taking her time, no super speed or powers to make it all quick. She wanted to have memories from this day. Alex grabbed a camera and took a few photos of Sara helping Kara with her make up, and other behind the scenes moments.

- I asked Barry to do the same there with Oliver while Diggle takes care of the rest, so I think this will be an amazing gift – Alex said as she took a few more photos.

- I loved this idea, thank you Alex – Kara said

- I still can't believe you proposed the way you did to Oliver, this is awesome – Alex said

- I still can't believe I did that, but I'm glad I did. I wish I could've filmed, his face was priceless and his reaction... well, was the best.

- Give us the details, you never told us before and I know I'm curious – Sara commented and Alex agreed as Sara started to work on Kara's hair.

Kara smiled as she remembered how she managed to pull that off like she did.

FLASHBACK

Once they reached Kara's place, she closed the door behind her and reached for his hand. She walked with Oliver and opened the door of her balcony. Kara let go of his hand and looked at the sky, taking a deep breath.

- You, once again, look stunning. I know I told you this as soon as I saw you ready for the wedding, but I can repeat it to you all night long – He said as he turned to look at her.

Kara wore a light strapless knee-length blue dress. It was simple, it was classy and beautiful. Kara looked back at Oliver and took a step forward, smiling. She gave him a kiss on the lips and looked back into his eyes.
