You walked down to the cafeteria and saw Vanessa eating. You got your food and sat beside her. "How's your day been?" She asked.

"Alright. I had my second session with Dr. Brewer. It went well," you said.

"That's good," she said, "anything else happen?"

"Yeah actually. I got a note from Nathan," you said.

"What does it say?" She asked.

You took out the note from your pocket and handed it to her. She read it over quickly. "That's so sweet!" She said.

"That's because it's Nathan," you smiled.

"How did he get you this? Was he here?" Vanessa asked.

"Dr. Brewer gave it to me so he must've been here," you said.

"I wonder why..." Vanessa said.

You paused for a second. "That's actually a good question. He knows he's not allowed to visit."

"Exactly." She said, "so why would he be here?"

"I have absolutely no clue," you said.

"He isn't suicidal is he?" Vanessa asked.

"No, he's not," you said.

"So what else could it be?" She asked.

"Maybe he just asked if he could drop off the note and leave?" You said.

"That could be it..." She said, and shrugged.

"So how are you?" You asked.

"I don't even know. My psychiatrist is a dumbass," Vanessa said.

"Really? You should ask for another one!" You said.

"Tried it. All the other ones are booked. When one person leaves, another comes in. That's just how it works," Vanessa said.

"That really sucks," you said.

"I'll be fine. They can't keep me here forever," Vanessa said.

"How long are you here for anyways?" You asked.

"Well I'm supposed to be out of here next week, but at the rate I'm going at according to my psychiatrist, I've made absolutely no improvement," Vanessa said.

"Well if your psychiatrist sucks, of course that's the case!" You said.

She nodded sadly. "Well I guess I have to go now, lunch is ending soon," she said, and threw away her tray, as she waved goodbye.

"I'm gonna get you a new psychiatrist," you said to yourself, before you threw out your tray and went back up to your room. You spent the rest of the time watching TV, until it was time for your appointment.

You walked back downstairs to Dr. Brewer's room. He greeted you warmly and you got down to business. "Alright let's get started. How would you describe your relationship with Jay?" He asked.

"Love," you said simply.

Dr. Brewer smiled at that. "He's the best person I've ever met," you said.

"Do you feel like you could easily marry him with no second thought?" Dr. Brewer asked.

"Yes, I do..." You said.

Dr. Brewer smiled. "Would you want to start a family with him?"

You blushed, feeling awkward. "Umm yeah..." You said.
