Chapter 22 A Dance to Remember

Yang's POV 

I woke up from my nap I noticed that we're still on the bullhead from helping Joshua and Albert's Mission to evacuate the villagers.

I looked around my surroundings seeing all my friends sleeping, I felt something move behind me I look up to see that I was leaning on Joshua's bare chest.

I blushed madly good thing Joshua is asleep he would be teasing me all day. I leaned forward off Joshua's chest I checked on my scroll to see how long we've been flying.

1 hour had passed since we left the village.

I heard someone talking I turn to see Joshua sleep talking.

"Hehehe....make cousin Jerry bite the cake tia.....I promise I won't slam his head on the cake..." He mumbled smiling 

'He talks in his sleep, that's cute.' I smiled a little at him

His smile disappeared to a frown.

"Madre...." I heard him mumble 

"I'm scared...." he said I looked surprised at him

"Of being alone...." I cupped his cheek concerned for him

"You will never be alone Big Guy." I whispered laying my head on his chest

"I miss you Ma, A-pa, you too David you little devil..." I saw a tear go down his cheek

I wiped the tear away and gave Joshua a gentle kiss in the cheek I saw him form a smile.

I laid my head on his chest again falling back to sleep.

Albert's POV

I saw Yang fall asleep on Joshua's chest I turn to my left seeing Velvet sleeping on my shoulder 

'.......'

'I'm hungry.' 

Time skip day of the dance - Joshua's POV

We returned to beacon safe and sound we met up with the villagers all of them giving their thanks to all of us especially Albert and I. I heard some call Albert an angel, after saying our goodbyes to the villagers I met up with Flor and Jesus both of them were angry at me especially Flor she didn't want to let go of my hand for hours until she fell asleep. Jesus stayed a lot closer to me as well. Were they worried this much for us, I even notice Yang staying closer to me than usual always checking up on me. Today is the day of the dance we already talked to Ozpin about the trap we made for Cinder hope fully they catch while Albert and me keep an eye on Mercury and Emerald on the dance.

Location dorm.

"God Damn I look good" I said out loud while looking at the mirror making poses 

"Why are you being cocky all of a sudden." 

'Bitch! I'm fabulous!'

"I don't know what your talking about I'm just stating facts." I looked at him innocently 

"Oh also you forgot your bow tie." he handed me the tie

"Shitnzel! Do you know how to put it on?" I asked him

"Nah but good luck I'm going to pick up Velvet." I saw him walk out 

I heard the bathroom door open revealing Jesus in a black and white suit with a bow tie on.

"Jesus buddy! Could you help put on the bow tie?" I asked him

"I don't know." He told me

"But you have one on!"
