Chapter 43 Training

No One's POV - Mistral 

"Ha!" Ruby and Oscar yelled attacking Joshua with punches.

"Come on! You didn't even hit me this time!" He told them while moving left and right avoiding the attacks

*Pant* "Dammit." Oscar muttered he then took a deep breath and his showed determination

'Oh.' Joshua noticed his change in attitude.

Oscar then dashed towards Joshua giving him a straight right punch making Joshua ready to dodge but it was distraction for his gut punch making Joshua block it.

"Woah there!" Joshua jumped back

"Now that's more like it." He told the boy.

*Pant* *Pant* "Thanks." Oscar fell on one knee. 

"Now then Ruby are you going to stand there and let Oscar leave you in the dust?" Joshua turn to Ruby who looked at Oscar in awe.

"Fat Chance!" She yelled 

She used her semblance to cover the space between her and Joshua she then attacked Joshua with multiple punches but to only be avoided by Joshua with ease, she then went for a leg swipe only to make Joshua hop over her attack and giving her a spin kick.

"Oof!" Ruby was sent back next to a tired Oscar.

"Ruby, Ozpin told you not to leave openings to your opponents and always tried to find your opponent's opening while fighting." Joshua advised her while tapping his right foot at the ground.

"I forgot..." she groaned 

"Well Oscar you passed on Hand to Hand making me actually try." Joshua chuckled 

"Yes." He barely muttered 

"Ruby that means you going to practice more in Hand to Hand." Joshua turn to her 

She groaned in response 

"To think Oscar already surpassing Ruby in Hand to Hand." Pyrrha said while standing on the sidelines with Jaune

"Kinda scary." Jaune said 

"First Janue beat her in Hand to Hand now Oscar.." Nora who was sitting next to Ren who was meditating 

"Don't remind me." Ruby sat up rubbing her left cheek.

"I did have a good teacher well teachers." Jaune turn to Joshua and Pyrrha.

Pyrrha gave him a peck in the cheek making him blush.

"Jaune stop it with your praise you getting me all embarrassed." Joshua scratched the back of his head 

Everyone laughed 

"Well then Oscar you're going to training with your weapon now hopefully Pyrrha and Ozpin got that cover." Joshua told him

"Of course I'll have it covered." Pyrrha smiled 

"Cool." Oscar smiled weakly 

"Time for a break then gotta have you guys in 100 percent." Joshua walked up to Jaune then having in a headlock and gave him a noggie.

"Ow! Come on Josh!" Jaune whined 

"Hehehe feel my power!" Joshua said 

"Joshua." Pyrrha gave Joshua a glare
