Austin & Chance had returned from their honeymoon. Life on the road kept going. Everyone was in good spirits. The tour was going great and the fans were really loving the stage show. Hearing how much some of their skits were loved and missed, they started bringing them back. Amarelle was staying busy and was constantly networking.
One evening, the group decided to go out and do something. Have a little fun on a night off. Adam was on the phone with his little girl. It was precious time for him, so Tim decided to leave their shared hotel room. Neither had eaten even though the rest of the band and crew had invited them out.
Amarelle had decided to head out with everyone else to give the pair some much-needed alone time. Running his hand through his hair, Tim began thinking of what he could do to pass the time. He didn't know just how long Adam would be on the phone. When his stomach began rumbling, he decided to go and find them something to eat.
The blond loved getting to talk to his little girl. Just hearing her voice brought a smile to his face. Adam hated watching Tim leave but knew his lover was giving him the time alone, so he could focus on his call and not be distracted. It always made Adam's heart flutter whenever Tim showed him this kind of understanding. Hearing what Cerise was babbling on about made him laugh.
Adam sighed. He really wanted a bigger family. They were all so family-oriented. They all loved children. He missed his daughter even though he loved & cherished the life he had. With Amarelle now in their lives, would they be able to have the family they've always wanted? How would Cerise take to being a big sister? His daughter's laughter brought him back to reality.
He watched as someone opened their door. Adam was still on the phone. Tim set up their plates on the smallish table in the corner of their room while he tried to not pay attention to Adam's call. It was private and he felt like he was intruding. Tim didn't want to start eating without his husband, but it was getting hard not to wait. Especially with his stomach making noise.
Cerise needed to go to bed, so he bid his little girl a good night and told her how much he loved & missed her before hanging up. He looked over at Tim who only greeted him with a warm smile. Adam had to chuckle at his husband. Tim chose bar-b-que ribs, potato salad, corn on the cob, with a hot buttery roll for his dinner. For Adam, he had chosen the chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes with gravy, fried okra with cornbread.
"This looks amazing, sweetie! Thank you." Adam said, looking over lovingly at Tim
"That's what good husbands do." Tim winked making Adam laugh
"Well I will never accuse you of not being a good husband." Adam smiled, "You're an amazing husband and I love you dearly."
"You know I love you too, Angel Face." Tim said
Amarelle was feeling feisty this evening. She opted for quite the outfit and a black smokey eyeshadow. She loved being able to pull off just about any style! Everyone was meeting downstairs at about 7pm and she didn't want to be late. One last minute check and then she was out the door.
