A/N: All the bits in parenthesis and italics are actions the person is doing while talking. I hope that makes sense :/
Two weeks at home went by way too fast for the entire Foust household. Cerise would be coming out on the road with them and as excited as everyone was, Ama was a bit nervous about having a small child on the road. She was worried she wouldn't be able to keep a good eye on the inquisitive child while she was working. She was also worried about their sex life out on the road. They usually just shared a room and snuggled up together on one bed.
Now they had a small child so there would be no hanky-panky for any of them. Most likely they'd have two beds in their room. Adam and Cerise on one while she shared one with Tim. Although she loved snuggling with Tim, they both loved snuggling with Adam as well. It would be awkward to not be sharing a bed with him. Adam's excitement about having Cerise with them the whole summer made her suppress her nervousness and put on a smile for him. This was their life, wasn't it?
Dena had talked with the trio and it had been decided Cerise would attend Kindergarten in Texas and stay with Dena then she'll do all her primary grades on up in Tennessee. Dena looked directly at Ama and winked knowingly. Once Cerise started school, she'd be forced to stay home full time. She missed being on the road when she had to leave for clients, but this was different. Good and bad.
Amarelle and Cerise were on the bus alone. She had "The Sword in the Stone" playing while she worked on getting their "coming out" video together. She had an email with a large attachment from both Tim and Adam. As she opened the one from Adam, she realized he'd recorded a little video on his phone sometime during their time off! She watched the whole thing, unable to keep the smile off her face. It was unusual for him to really be this open with fans, not that that bothered her, she understood why, but it was curious to her.
She saved the video so she could add it to her project before opening up Tim's. He was sitting out on the back patio and it appeared to be quite late, if not very early in the morning, and the only light on him was his phone. He looked a bit tired as if he'd been up a while although she couldn't figure out why he was up and how she had missed him climbing out of bed. She watched as he ran his hands over his face before clearing his throat.
"Hey y'all. It's just before 3am here in Nashville. Ama and Adam are still in bed fast asleep. I woke up a few hours ago and couldn't go back to sleep. I've been thinking a lot about this little project we're doing and why we feel the need to do it. As y'all know, Adam is a very private person. His home and family life is very personal to him and he doesn't like sharing too much. It's not that he doesn't love you guys to pieces." Tim sighed before running his fingers through his hair.
He remained quiet for a minute or so as he looked around the backyard.
"We're sharing a whole lot with you guys. More than we probably should to be honest. I've seen some of the replies to that photo that's been posted and as much as I'd really love to reply to them, for the sake of my family, my career, and Home Free's career, I'll for once keep my mouth shut.
How we live is our business. Just like how you live is yours. I think it's very sad that in this day and age, people still feel the need to justify their lifestyles simply because they don't fit the 'norm'. It is possible to love more than one person at a time. Do you love both your parents or just one? Do you love your spouse and child or just one or the other? You love all your children or just one? See where I'm going with this, folks?
There are plenty of polys out there. I know of one triad who've been together for years and years and are still just as happy now as when they got together. Believe it or not, folks, we've been together for two years now. Yes, Adam, Amarelle, and I have been together for two years. Well, nearly three now. I love them both equally. They are two separate relationships that are just as important as the other."
