« No you see the highlights depend on the light source, so you need one light source, you can't have highlights here and here because that's from two different sources. » Jimin was trying to explain as he pointed to the top right corner of the page to show where the light is coming from, then he pointed to the bunny to show where she would need to put the highlights. He never taught someone how to draw and add shadows but he seemed god at it.
« wait why do you even know so much about art? » Min-Ju asked resting her cheek on her hand watching as Jimin tried to explain how to improve her drawings.
« Uh actually I was going to be an art major before you know everything happened. I also pretty much lived in my art room back in high school. » He nervously laughed tapping the point of the pencil on the table looking up to meet Min-Ju's eyes who was completely involved in what he had to say. She acually wanted to learn what he had to say, she definetly wanted to improve on the very little art skills she had.
« Wow you should have told me! I wouldn't have bragged about my bunny drawing skills. » She laughed playfully hitting Jimin's shoulder getting a glare in response. He still hated people touching him but this wasn't so bad. The playful hits were still something he had to get used to but this is what 'friends' do all the time.
« Your drawings are good, it's just I'm better. » He smirked gathering up all of her drawings making sure they were in a neat pile sliding it back in the folder since they only had about five more minutes of free time before they were suppose to go into their room for lights out.
« Shut up! » She rolled her eyes grabbing the picture Jimin drew so she could slid it into her folder so she could keep his drawing even though Jimin knew he could do way better than what he just did but he let her keep it since she liked it. He even let her keep the drawing since it wasn't his best work even if Min-Ju says other wise.
« No you should shut up. » He smirked watching her lean over to put her folder away with every other folder the patients have created to keep their work. The folders were just in a mangled mess even tho Min-Ju set hers nicely in the corner.
« This is the part in movies where we would kiss but no offence, I'm not kissing you. » She laughed standing up tossing the two pencils away in the box thankful no staff was there to yell at her for throwing things.
« Yeah who would want to kiss a frog am I right? » He teased standing up to be surprisingly taller than her as she rolled her eyes at him trying to walk passed him before she felt him tug on his sleeve making her turn around to face Jimin.
« Listen, You're not a frog. » She said anything before Jimin could even say anything, she just knew he would have something to say about the frog.
« Yeah I was talking about you. » He stuck out his tongue before letting her arm go so they could go back to their room before they get yelled at for being up passed lights out.
« Goodnight Jimin. » She yelled as she walked away letting Jimin stand there alone in the art room with a dumb smile on his face.
Of course the smile was from being friends since he never really had anyone to talk to or anything. This was the very first time he had a playful chat with someone, he has never laughed while talking to someone. Also he has never talked to someone about art, usually it would be someone laughing at ripping his pictures to shreds while blowing the pieces in his face. He really loved his new friend.
