The rest of the day seemed to go by fast, after they kissed they remained silent. Jimin was a little embarrassed because that was his first kiss and he was worried that he was a horrible kisser so he tried to not look at the older. On the other end Yoongi was afraid that Jimin didn't like the kiss or maybe Jimin didn't have those kinds of feelings towards him. Dinner was even awkward, Jimin didn't ask Yoongi to feed him or anything so Yoongi just handed Jimin the food and went over to sit on a chair on the other side of the room.
After dinner Yoongi came back after putting the tray back in the cafeteria to see Dr. Lee checking Jimin and just making sure he was okay. Of course Jimin just passed out due to lack of food and water and he was completely fine after he got the feeding tube taken out but Dr. Lee wanted to make sure a staff member saw him eat and just made sure he was more comfortable in eating. What Dr. Lee noticed was that Jimin wasn't as pale as he was the day before, he was actually doing better then he thought. It surprised him but Jimin definitely would be good to go the next day meaning Yoongi wouldn't be able to see him as much as he has.
« You're vitals are great, you look healthier and I think you'll be good to go by tomorrow. » Dr. Lee smiled but he didn't notice Yoongi's frown. Jimin would be getting back to the normal schedule and Yoongi just didn't have enough time to fix everything between him and Jimin. Of course Jimin was ecstatic but he didn't let that feeling show.
« Don't you think he'll need just one more day? » Yoongi asked hoping that Dr. Lee would agree but he just shook his head writing something down on his clipboard before turning around to face Yoongi who was standing up behind him.
« No I thought he would be an extra day but he seems fine, the quicker he goes gets back to normal life the quicker he'll get better. » Jimin bite his bottom lip nervously, he obviously didn't want to get back to all the therapy sessions he liked just being stuck in his room with Yoongi but he did want to get away from the older as much as possible.
« I'll be fine Yoongi. » Jimin looked up finally making eye contact with the older to tell him that it was okay and to not fight for this.
« Alright I just care for you, I care for everyone here and I want whats best for you. » Yoongi lied, he really didn't care about everyone but he did care about Jimin and Jimin only he just had to lie in front of Dr. Lee.
« I know Yoongi you're one of the best staff at this facility but take my word for it. » Dr. Lee stood up placing his clipboard under his arm.
« Thank you Dr. Lee. » Yoongi bowed holding his hands in down front of him glancing at Jimin before watching Dr. Lee walk to the door.
« Now I'll see you boys tomorrow. » He smiled opening and closing the door leaving the two boys alone in the room, letting the silence engulf the room.
Yoongi sighed plopping down on the chair by Jimin's bed where Dr. Lee originally was sitting. He was looking down at the ground clasping his hands together and setting them in his lap. It was silent for a while Jimin looking away to the other side of the room getting Yoongi out of his sight.
« So can we talk about earlier? » Yoongi broke the ice glancing over to see Jimin squeeze his eyes shut kinda embarrassed about what happened even tho it wasn't a big deal.
« Let's just never do it again okay? » Jimin really did want to get rid of that memory, of course he had feelings for Yoongi even if he couldn't tell what he was feeling. Yet he didn't know that Yoongi was having similar feelings, how his heart beat fast and he felt like he was going to run out of breath.
« What if I want to do it again? » This made Jimin turn his head fast his eyes wide open in surprised not believing what he just heard.
« No you don't, why would you want to kiss me? Why me? » Tears were pooling in the younger's eyes he didn't know why Yoongi would want to do something like that again. Especially something that is intimate and only for couples.
« I-I....I like you Jimin. » Yoongi continued making Jimin's heart pound in his chest, becoming even more surprised. Like him? To Jimin that was impossible.
« You can't like someone like me. » Jimin looked away quickly glancing down at the white bed sheets feeling something warm touch his hand making him look down to see Yoongi's hand in his.
« Someone like what? » This was starting to rip apart Yoongi's heart, tears fell out of Jimin's eyes and tears threatened to fall from Yoongi's their hands still clasped together.
« Someone who's broken, someone who can't be fixed. » Jimin wanted to continue on reasons why he shouldn't like him but a sob escaped his lips making him stop to wipe under his eyes.
« Jiminie, baby please don't cry and stop saying those things about yourself. » Yoongi hated this, he truly did like the younger. He leaned over to wipe the tears from the younger's eyes feeling horrible.
Maybe there was no way to fix Jimin but Yoongi wasn't going to stop trying until Jimin stops thinking these horrible things about himself.
