«102» New meal plan

The rest of the week for Jimin was okay. He was barely eating during the day however managed to eat a small portion of dinner with Yoongi which he didn't comment on since he knew Jimin would be getting help and knew Jimin would get mad if he brought this topic up again after the night they had a couple days before.

Jimin set an appointment with a therapist for saturday and to be honest he was really nervous because it was now friday night and his appointment was set kind of early in the morning. Yoongi knew he was really nervous so they had a really relaxed night to relieve any stress either of them were going through since this was stressful for Yoongi as well as Jimin. They both took a bubble bath, Yoongi gave Jimin a massage whispering how much he loved him in his ear. He even made sure to relax Jimin when they got out of the bath, he brushed Jimin's hair and rubbed lotion on his body to soothe him and not think too much.

Yoongi made him a small smoothie for lunch so it wouldn't hurt his stomach and for dinner he made some rice and black bean noodles and the two ate it together in the living room where they watched some tv.

Soon it was morning and it was time for Jimin to get ready to go to his first session. He wore what he would usually wear, Yoongi's clothes. They made Jimin feel safe and made him feel like Yoongi was there even though he wasn't and he would need to feel that security while he was in with the therapist. He was wearing a plain beige top and he tucked them into some black jeans and he threw on some random black running shoes. The clothes were baggy on him but he liked it because his body was hidden.

Yoongi drove him and even walked him into the lobby, he held his hand the whole time as he signed the younger in. Jimin was handed a small packet which everyone gets. It just asks simple questions asking how they are feeling or what they think about doing normal stuff so the therapist has an idea on what they think and to get an idea of what they will need to be discussing.

Yoongi was nervous when it was Jimin's time to go, he kissed the younger before he was left alone in the lobby where he had to sit and wait. The lobby wasn't empty but it wasn't filled either. There was a young teenage girl near the entrance of the lobby and there was a man reading a magazine a couple seats down from him. The room was silent and after a while he got bored, he read a magazine but he got tired of it. There wasn't many things to do but he didn't mind because this was the start of Jimin's journey to get healthy.

He waited the whole time, he went to the bathroom once and stopped by to grab some water but other then that he stayed there to wait for Jimin. It took a long time but he didn't mind this was going to be the start of something great.

Finally Jimin came out, holding a folder as he looked around to find Yoongi. He wasn't looking up so Jimin smiled and walked over to his boyfriend, he straddled the older and he physically jumped a little, Jimin could feel his heart race increase which made him giggle a little. The appointment went great and he felt better that now he had an outlet, he had someone he could talk to who wouldn't go and tell Yoongi what was going on. Of course Yoongi wanted to know what was wrong but he knew if Jimin felt better with only the therapist knowing then he was going to live with it.

« I'm done now. » He rested his head on Yoongi's chest and laughed.

« You scared me. » Jimin pulled back to kiss his lips, there were a couple more people in the lobby who were looking at them but the two didn't really notice.

« Sorry, anyway it went better than I thought it would and I also got to see the nutritionist and got a meal plan for the week. » He held the folder in front of them to show Yoongi as he stayed on Yoongi's lap.

« That's great Jimin, let's get you home okay? » Jimin quickly got off quickly and stood there as Yoongi grabbed his keys and wallet grabbing the younger's hand and they both held hands all the way to the car.
