« Alright Jin, you're next. » Yoongi reached in the bag to grab the present he got for his best friend. He was super nervous about giving Jin this gift but he really couldn't do anything about his worries as he stood there in front of all his friends.
« You've always been about friendship because you hated when I would spend all my time at work or doing my school work. I know you were worried about me more than anything, I was doing full time at work and doing all my school work in the little bit of the day I had left. I see you rolling your eyes but I know it, you worry about me which I think is really sweet. So when I was looking for your gift I wanted it to be really reminiscent of our friendship and how far we have come. » Yoongi just laughed to himself a little bit thinking about this gift and he made eye contact with Jin and for some reason the older had an idea of what it could be.
« One day when I came home from work I had no school to do, it was my one day where I had nothing to do and you were excited about it. You were almost bouncing off the walls with excitement and I asked you what you wanted to do, it was your pick and you wanted to watch a movie. I will never forget that day, we cuddled and you held me so tight like you were afraid I would disappear and at that time I would have if it wasn't for you keeping me in reality that night. » Yoongi looked down holding the small pink gift box in his hand. He started to remember that night and all the fun they had together.
« Anyway the movie you picked for us to watch was finding nemo, since it was such a lift changing night for me that movie became something I thought about and even when I watch it now I think of you and you trying so hard to keep our friendship alive so here you go. My gift to you. » Jimin was smiling at his husband tearing up just watching the way Yoongi's eyes flooded with tears. He watched Yoongi give the pink box over to his friend and everyone watched and wondered what the gift could be.
« It's a childish movie I know but it meant so much to us in that moment that it didn't matter. » Jin looked up at Yoongi before he went to open the gift box, he lifted the lid and before anyone could see what was inside he gasped and looked up at Yoongi with a smile.
« You were also drinking wine that night so I thought, this was a perfect gift to remember that one night for the rest of our lives. » Jin just huffed out a laugh and picked the gift up out of the box.
It was a wine glass that had dory on it with the words 'I'm never drinking again, oh look wine'. Yoongi just knew that finding nemo was a kids movie however it meant something more to the friends and now Jin was crying as he was looking at this glass.

« I can't believe you think that's a great night, I thought I was the only one and this just proves that you do think of me and our friendship. » Jin stood up setting his gift on the coffee table so he could go over and hug his friend. It was a very tight hug as they swayed side to side in each other's arms trying not to cry because Yoongi still had gifts to hand out.
« J-Jimin you wanna give Jae his gift? » Yoongi wiped away a tear that escaped his eye, Jimin quickly nodded and went over to where the gifts were. No one expected these gifts to mean so much to everyone, everyone thought these were just souvenirs like stupid shot glasses and mugs.
Jimin looked over at Jae who was a little nervous, the gifts so far meant so much to those specific people and Jae doesn't remember telling Jimin anything about himself. They were very young before Jimin got sick so they didn't even talk that much so he was worried but Jimin did have something special for him.
« Jae I guess you're next. » Jimin was even nervous about this, he didn't know a whole lot about his brother so when they were in italy this gift was the hardest to get. He did think really hard and he just couldn't come up with the gift on his own so he did get help from his mother.
« I had to call mom to find out what to get you but I managed to find something perfect for you. She told me that I used to sneak into your room when I was scared or had a nightmare and I would climb into your bed. She knows this because she would check on me in the middle of the night, this was when I started showing signs of me being sick so she was worried about me. However when she went to check on me I would be gone and she would freak out first but she then found me in your room cuddling with you. » Jae got embarrassed at this for some reason but he does remember those times. He remembers Jimin coming into his room crying and even though Jimin was older he felt the need to protect him from the bad nightmares and the bad thoughts that were starting to creep into his mind.
« I would always feel like I needed to protect you, you are my baby brother but I just couldn't handle myself and I was so thankful you were there for me. She told me that you always protected me and I guess I never saw that because of the suffering I went through but I was glad you were there for me even with just a silly nightmare. » Jimin continued and he then grabbed a box from the bag, this box was a bit smaller than Jin's box and was blue.
« One night you gave me something that I kept for a very long time, you gave me a crystal that you claimed had magical powers and that would protect me every day and night. I never knew you believed in magic but at that young age I didn't think anything of it and I believed you. I always believed you so I kept the crystal and I still have it somewhere in stuff. » No one knew where this was going however Jae knew what the gift was, it made Jae tear up a little bit remembering those times and the things he would tell Jimin.
« I wanted to give you a gift that shows that I care and want to protect you. So here just take it before I cry. » Jimin handed the box over to Jae and just watched as he smiled up at his brother. This was the best moment for the two brothers and Jae just opened the top and looked inside the box.
« Mom told me that the two of you were similar, you both like collecting things and she also said you still have crystals in your room. This is a talisman, it's a necklace that is supposed to keep you safe and protected. Since you kept me safe when we were younger I want to keep you safe when you go off to college and when you go on with your life. » Jae picked the necklace up and looked at the talisman, it was a geometric crystal grid necklace with blue stones decorating it. It was so beautiful and Jae was just so shocked at how Jimin could turn that story into something that meant so much to the both of them.

« I don't know what to say, thank you Jimin. » Again like clockwork Jae stood up, set his gift down only for a second so that he could hug his brother.
The two held back from shedding tears and when Jae sat back down he grabbed the necklace and leaned over to his mother to show her. The smile on his face was something she has ever seen and she helped him put the necklace on and Jae said he was going to wear it every single morning, every single day.
