Yoongi was set on making this right, just as he promised Jimin, ready to keep his promise as he heavily banged his fist on the door to Dr. Lee's office. He had anger behind his eyes as he crossed his arms waiting for his boss to answer the door which seemed to be taking a long time.
The door opened and Yoongi looked up to make eye contact with his boss who seemed to be tired of dealing with this problem that Dr. Lee seemed to start.
« I knew you'd be back. » The doctor opened the door a little wider and let the smaller into the office closing the door behind the both of them as Yoongi took a seat in the seat that Jimin sat in earlier that morning.
« I just want to talk to you about this program because I have another option for Jimin that I will have him take if you don't go through with your promise. » Yoongi clasped his hands in his lap narrowing his eyes at his boss, he had come up with another option and he wanted to let Dr. Lee know what it was.
« You know what the rules are in this clinic right? You are breaking one right now, with Jimin. » Dr. lee leaned forward. This was pissing Yoongi off because Dr. Lee was much more aggressive with his words and he understood because he did break one of the biggest rules in the hospital but he could of been nicer about it.
« So if you know the rules of the clinic then you also know that if a patient is over the age of 18 then they can decide to stay and get better or even to discharge them self out of this clinic? And as far as I know he is 20. So it's either you get him into this program which actually gives you money or he discharges himself and you lose money. » The doctor inhaled a deep breath, he didn't know that Yoongi knew that the patients could discharge themselves none of the other doctors of staff members read the handbook they get when they first start working.
Yoongi on the other hand had this planned out in his head ever since Dr. Lee lied to him. Yes the program would help Jimin get better and get him back into daily life but if Jimin wasn't going to get into the program then he was going to get him out of there somehow because being in this hospital proved that it wasn't good for Jimin's health in any way.
« Sure he can discharge himself but you're still at risked at getting fired, do you want to get fired for dating a patient? » Yoongi bite the bottom of his lip, in that moment he had to decide whether getting Jimin out of there or keeping his job was more important and for him he knew helping Jimin was more important, he could just find another job at a different hospital it wasn't that big of a deal since there was another one close by.
« Yes of course I know that but in my life my loved ones are more important so fire me, I dare you because I know I'm not a doctor but you said it yourself, I'm the best one you got so you have to decide what's more important for this hospital because don't worry about me, I have other job offers. » Yoongi knew his words were getting to his boss just by the way his body langue changed and he started to worry because Yoongi was really good at reading people, that's why he was the best in the hospital.
« You backed me into a corner here Min. » Dr. Lee reached out for one of the many pens he has on his desk and started to nervously tap it on his desk knowing that either way he was going to lose money or a good employee or even both.
« Well it's your choice, decide what you want to do. » Yoongi was about to stand up and leave because he did what he wanted to do and that was to stress Dr. Lee out and make him think, he wasn't really worried about anything too much.
« Yoongi.... uh I can't get Jimin into this program and that's because I will get in trouble but I might be able to keep you as a staff member here, you just have to keep quiet. » Dr. Lee looked around his office as if someone was there listening in on their conversation but Yoongi just gripped the sides of his chair and slowly slide himself back down.
« That's okay, he will discharge himself and everything will be okay. » Yoongi smirked because Dr. Lee hated having patients discharge themselves usually patients don't know they could do that because they got sent in there by their family and haven't been told about their rights or anything. It was Dr. Lee's strange way to get more money out of this whole hospital.
« There isn't much I can do in this situation, I'm sorry. » Yoongi just rolled his eyes and stood up looking back down at his boss one last time before deciding that he was going to leave and find Jimin to tell him the good news.
« Jimin's in group therapy uh I just know you're going to go to him. » Yoongi nodded turning around heading straight for the door, leaving and going down towards the therapy hall to go get his boyfriend.
Dr. Lee was right when he said that Yoongi was going to find Jimin, he wanted to let Jimin know that no matter what he was going to be able to go home, well by home he means his house which was now Jimin's house as well. He stormed his way down to the room, he took a deep breath as he stood there outside one of the group therapy rooms gaining his confidence before opening the door making everyone stop what they were doing to took towards the door at him to find out what he wanted.
« Is there something I can do for you Min? » The doctor currently in charge of the session asked watching as Yoongi gazed around the room looking for the one person he needed right in this moment.
« Jimin? Come with me please. » He made eye contact with Jimin and he tried to give the younger a look, a look of calmness trying to tell him that everything was okay but Jimin couldn't help but feel nervous as he knew who he talked to before this moment.
« Babe? It's okay let's get you out of here. » Everyone was looking at the two of them as Jimin stood up walking over towards Yoongi finding comfort in his words. Yoongi smiled at his boyfriend and Jimin couldn't help but smile back when he saw Yoongi's hand reach out to grab a hold of his which he happily took.
The happy couple left the room not minding the stares and entered the silent and cold hallway Jimin gripping onto Yoongi's arm as the older guided them out into a spot where they could talk without anyone stopping them.
« What's going on Yoonie? » Yoongi smiled grabbing onto both of Jimin's small hands and guided him closer to his body pressing a small kiss on his nose making Jimin release a small giggle from his lips.
« Baby you're not getting into this program. » He didn't get to finish before he saw the look on Jimin's face and it just broke the older's heart because he knew everything would have a happy ending but Jimin didn't know that and the program was seemed to be the only way out.
« You promised everything was going to be okay, what about your job? » He pouted as his eyes watered seeing Yoongi gently cup his cheeks with both hands.
« I know and I'm keeping my job but you're not getting into the program but that's okay because you're going to discharge yourself. » Yoongi couldn't hold back his smile anymore as he saw the look on Jimin's face change to something happier.
« What do you mean? » Jimin glanced down at Yoongi's lips before quickly shifting his eyes back up to meet his eyes.
« I mean that you are older then 18 which means that you can sign the papers and get out of here, not all patients know that they can do that but last night I looked over the rule book and I think this is better then the program. » Yoongi moved his hands from Jimin's cheeks to his neck bringing both their bodies closer then they were before.
« I can get out of here? » More tears were welling up in Jimin's eyes but they were happy tears as they flowed down his perfect cheeks, he was going to be able to go out and live with Yoongi and be able to have more freedom then he has right now.
« Yes baby, you just to sign some discharge papers and you can be out of here by tonight. » Jimin closed his eyes shut letting a soft sob escape his lips leaning forward into Yoongi's arms, hiding his face in his boyfriend's neck.
Jimin wrapped his arms around Yoongi's neck and continued crying happy tears as Yoongi wrapped his arms tightly around Jimin's waist looking up to see Dr. Lee standing there right behind Jimin with a small smile on his face before he disappeared back into his office.
« Let's get you out of here Jiminie. » Yoongi rubbed Jimin's back before pulling him away giving him one last kiss on his lips before going towards Dr. Lee's office where Jimin would sign some papers and go home with Yoongi.
