They got to the small art studio a little late because of their conversation and Jimin needed to calm down a little. They did make it before the class started but got there later than Yoongi would have wanted since he wanted to talk to Su-ji a little bit before everyone else got there.

The place looked really cool and rustic, the floor was covered in a huge brown paper, there were easels facing the front of the room with painting supplies right next to them with a chair to sit on in front of the easels. Jimin never has been to a painting class before and has never painted on an aisle so this was going to be super new. He also hasn't painted with acrylic paint and he saw that in bottles near all the aisles which made him worried for how this would go.

« Aren't you excited? » Yoongi nudged Jimin's side to see if he was excited as well but Jimin just felt uneasy. He nodded, however, trying to shake off his nerves as Yoongi started to walk over to the front where Su-Ji was setting up all her painting stuff.

« I mean not really but if you're excited then I am too. » Jimin smiled up to him before walking behind him up to the front not daring to look up to see Su-ji.

« Hey Su-ji. » Yoongi was the one talking feeling Jimin's hands on his lower back making him smile as he walked up to Su-ji who was gathering some papers to prepare for her class.

« Hey Yoongi, Jimin, welcome you are just in time. » She smiled at them seeing the way Jimin was hiding behind Yoongi which she found cute. She set her papers down to give them her full attention.

« Right now I'm setting up what we will be drawing and painting today. You guys can sit in one of these front easels. » She held a stack of pictures in one hand and gestured to the front row with her other hand to show them where they could sit.

« I'm so happy you guys could make it. » She smiled brightly as she set down some reference pictures for each aisle to see. Jimin, looking at the canvas in front of him, paints and brushes on a small round table near his easel. He was nervous because he never painted with these paints before but he hid his nerves with a smile so that Yoongi wouldn't feel worried or anything.

« We are so excited because we never did something like this before and since we are engaged and a couple I want to take Jimin to more places and just experience more. » Yoongi was the one to speak glancing towards Jimin, reaching over grabbing and rubbing his thigh gently knowing being out in public was stressing him out a little.

« That's how me and Ha-na were when we started to be serious, we started to act like a married couple before we got married. » It wasn't like they were just starting to be serious but now that they were finally engaged it became real for both of them and now they would have to live their life together.

« You guys already act like a married couple. » She glanced between them as she walked up to the front of the room seeing Yoongi with heart eyes just looking at Jimin. They both looked so in love so it made her feel so soft and fuzzy inside.

« I'm excited to marry him. » Jimin spoke, he never really spoke often so that surprised Su-ji but she could tell that he had found his soulmate and that in itself was special because it's hard to find your soulmate, the one person who was meant for you.

« Awe, you guys make my heart flutter. » She placed her hand on her heart getting distracted by the door opening, the first set of people came in for the class. She walked over to them and greeted them leaving the couple alone.

« Baby don't feel pressured okay? You don't have to be perfect, nobody's watching you. I know you are scared because you have never done something like this before but I need you to know that I love you no matter what. I can almost feel your heart beating fast. » This made Jimin blush, he didn't know he was making his feelings known but his words did calm him down a little which made it easier to go on. He took a deep breath facing forward to the canvas in front of him.

« Alright everyone, it is time to start today's class. In front of each row has a picture, you don't have to copy the picture, you can draw inspiration from it. Don't feel pressured into anything this is just for fun so don't feel like you have to do anything. » Su-ji announced to the whole class once everyone got in and sat down, what she said calmed Jimin down even more because now he felt like he wasn't going to be rushed or felt like everyone was watching him.

The whole class went really well, and as soon as Su-ji introduced what the rules were and what everyone needed to do then the room went silent. One of the rules was to not judge others so that this space was safe for everyone which really helped Jimin get comfortable. Once he became focused and got an idea of what to do then it was easy for him to drown out every sound that he heard. This was cute to Yoongi because he kept looking over to see how the younger one was doing. Jimin furrowed his eyebrows every so often biting his bottom lip when doing fine line work and even tilting his head trying to get a different view on his work.

Yoongi couldn't help but smile because Jimin was his, he had someone to love and care for and that was something he didn't know he needed. By the end Yoongi didn't really paint all that much, he tried to copy the image in front of him because he wasn't really that creative and he was also way too busy watching his fiancé.

The class was officially over, everyone was thanking Su-ji for the class and the opportunity to be creative in a safe place. Some people never got a chance to express themselves so being able to go to a class like this really helped them. Jimin wasn't ready to be done, he still had some work to do on his painting so Yoongi pulled his chair closer to the younger so he could see what Jimin was doing. Of course it was amazing because Jimin was an amazing artist, he almost wanted to gasp when he saw what the younger one was painting.

« Oh my god Jimin this is amazing. » Su-Ji looked at his painting, they were talking about Jimin and how he was an artist but she was so surprised because he was way better than her and she went to art school for a couple years.

« I know right? He's so amazing I don't understand. » Yoongi bit his lip looking at Jimin who seemed to be so focused he wasn't even paying attention to what they were saying.

« I've had a lot of time earlier in my life, I would never leave my apartment so I needed something to do. » Jimin almost didn't know he was talking because he was trying to get all the lines right on his painting. If he wasn't so focused then he wouldn't have said anything because he promised himself he would never tell anyone else about his past.

« Well take your time and I'll finish doing some work over there, we can stay here as long as you guys need. » He nodded walking away so that she could do the money count and just get all the paperwork in order.

« I shouldn't have said that. » He set his brush down looking towards the ground, he was so disappointed in himself for saying that.

« Babe it's okay, you didn't say anything that really said your past or what's going on. A lot of people don't leave their house, even me, sometimes I was so focused on school that I would work the whole weekend doing nothing else but school so please don't stress about it. » Yoongi placed his hand on the younger's shoulder rubbing gently.

« How about we go? We will leave our paintings to dry and I'll come pick them up at my home from work. » Jimin looked up to see if he was done, it was going to be good enough so he nodded receiving a kiss on his forehead.

They left stopping to get tea before heading back to their apartment going to spend the rest of the day inside together.
