«175» They are back

It didn't take that long for the newly wed couple to get back into normal life after their honeymoon. Yoongi almost instantly went back into work the day after they came back from their trip which he didn't mind because he loved his job. He tried so hard trying to keep his job especially when the Jimin stuff was happening and he loved his job even before so he had no problem going back.

Jimin got help from Su-ji as well to start an etsy account which would be easier for him to sell his own artwork and she even gave him a couple canvases and art supplies to get him started. She spent so long with Jimin talking and making sure he had everything he needed that next day they were back from their trip and she didn't leave until Jimin was okay with the account and everything.

So when Yoongi was off to work Jimin got busy with art, he would paint or draw trying to get some pieces done before putting them up on the site. He already had a plan and that was to get a following of people who enjoyed his art then he was going to start doing personal art. He wanted to draw what people wanted, whether that be their dog or their grandma who passed away. That's what he truly wanted to do, make people happy.

They were going like this for almost a week, Yoongi and Jimin doing work and getting fully back to their lives. They were doing this then when Yoongi came home the two would spend the rest of the day together. They would make dinner, watch tv together, they would even just sit in the living room cuddling in silence just talking about their day and what happened.

They were actually doing this Friday night when Yoongi got a call, he of course answered it when he noticed it was Ha-na. He stepped out of the room to hear what she had to say and then came back to tell Jimin because honestly she had a great idea for the weekend especially saturday and he needed to know if Jimin was okay with it.

« What did Ha-na want? Isn't it getting a bit late anyway. » When Jimin noticed that it was dark outside he looked over to the clock on the wall by the front door which actually showed 6 pm which wasn't as late as he thought it was but she did call at a weird time.

« She had this idea, she wants us all to hang out tomorrow. You and my friends and maybe your mom and brother. » Jimin adjusted himself on the couch, he was holding a mug of hot chocolate in his hands which he was sipping on when the older left. He set down his mug and faced Yoongi, who took a seat right next to him.

« We all haven't seen each other since we went on our honeymoon, Ha-na says she wanted everyone to catch up and for some to get to know each other. Isn't that a good idea? » Yoongi looked down in his lap playing with his fingers. He missed his friends and he was just hoping that Jimin would say yes because that would make tomorrow perfect and give the couple something to do.

« You look devastated, you say it will be fun yet you're frowning. » Jimin points out scooting his body closer to his husband's trying to understand why his words weren't matching his expression.

« I just want you to agree and for some reason I know you won't. » He looked up to meet Jimin's eyes which showed an unreadable expression. Of course Jimin was a bit nervous having everyone that they knew in this house but also knew that it was good for him to have this get together.

« Well you're wrong because I love you and if you want to invite everyone over tomorrow then do it, I need to get more out of my comfort zone and get comfortable with everyone anyway. They are all of our friends after all. » Yoongi smiled at this and took a deep breath, happy that Jimin said that because it's true. Jimin needed to get used to being around this group of people because these people were going to be their friends and he would need to speak with them.

« I'll go call her back then. » Jimin nodded and watched him run off to go call Ha-na back with the answer.

Jimin thought his little run was so cute and shook his head with a bright smile, leaning down to grab his mug and continue to sip on the hot chocolate. The rest of the night was so peaceful, they cuddled there on the couch drinking hot chocolate and enjoying each other's company. They were so lost in each other that they lost track of time and before they knew it, it was midnight and they needed to go off to bed to get up and get ready for tomorrow.
