« Come on please! » Jimin pulled on Yoongi's sleeve as he held a tiny potted cactus in his hand trying to show Yoongi who was off looking at different pasta noddles.
« Jimin we are here to get food for the rest of the week, not buy things we don't need. » The couple we on their first grocery trip together and Jimin really hasn't shopped for food before, the only thing he would buy at the store was green tea and protein bars so this whole thing was new for him and he was scared and nervous but Yoongi was right by his side so he could handle it.
« B-But you don't have house plants and this one is cute. » The pot was a pastel pink color and the cactus was small but Yoongi wasn't even looking at the pout on Jimin's face because he was busy deciding things to make Jimin for dinner and lunch for the next few days he had off work.
« Do you want long spaghetti noodles or small elbow ones or what? » Jimin sighed but didn't put the cactus down because he already knew where to put it in Yoongi's living room and he really wanted to decorate his place a little.
« elbow. » He answered the question in a low soft voice and they went further down the isle to look at the different sauces but when they stopped Yoongi looked down and sighed when he saw Jimin looking down at the cactus with a pout making him feel a little bad for telling him no.
« Fine, put it in the cart and help me choose food. » Jimin smiled wide and placed it in the front of the cart, the part that sits children and he buckled the little buckle around the pot and this little action made Yoongi smile because this was kind of Jimin's way of not focusing on the food that was all around him and he was just cute in general.
They continued on their shopping trip and they finished about an hour later, Jimin actually helped picked out a couple things and he felt like he was started to feel better and he felt like he was doing way better then he was in the clinic.
« Look at you, helping me put away the food we bought together, look at us being an adult couple. » Jimin smiled as he put away some of the crackers they got in the cabinet as Yoongi put away some of the things in the fridge and freezer.
« And look at you being the best boyfriend ever. » Jimin walked over to Yoongi when he was done and gave him a quick kiss on the cheek before walking over to the counter where his small cactus was sitting waiting to be put in the perfect spot.
« So where are you gonna put your little friend? » Yoongi closed the fridge walking over to where Jimin was standing.
« Here. » He sounded so excited as he set it in the middle of the bare coffee table smiling back at Yoongi who just shook his head loving how his boyfriend was so excited for his cactus friend.
The rest of the day they just stayed on the couch munching on some crackers and binge watching some stupid old tv shows. They laughed there asses off and when the day turned to night Yoongi brought them both a blanket and they cuddled, forgetting the time as they moved to watching scary movies.
Soon enough it was midnight and Yoongi was the one to look at the clock and see that it was late and they should be getting some sleep hating himself a little since it was too late to make dinner for them. Jimin was a little bit sleepy but he loved sitting in Yoongi's arms and wanted to live this moment up because she couldn't really watch tv in the clinic and could definitely not kiss and love up on his boyfriend.
« Jimin, let's get you into some comfy clothes and get you into bed. » Yoongi turned off the tv which made Jimin pout as they were both left in a dim darkness.
