Steve had a terrible solo mission. Nothing went right for him. He's just lucky he made it back alive. He's to the point of crying which takes a lot. He went straight to your room. He didn't knock, he just snuck in.

He finds you passed out with earbuds playing music in your ears and you're holding onto your phone loosely. Steve got a slight smile on his face but he had to clench his jaw to stop himself from crying. You're wearing black workout leggings and his white Olympics hoodie. He placed his things by the door and kicked off his shoes. He took off his shield from his back and gently placed it down leaning against a wall. He made his way over to you stripping down to his navy blue boxer briefs.

Steve climbed under the covers and wrapped an arm around your waist. He took out your earbuds and paused the music. He placed your phone down on the nightstand.

He laid on top of you with his head under your chin and he held you tightly. Tears streamed down his face and he looked to your right. You opened your eyes hearing his soft cries and you immediately wrapped your arms around him.

"Tell me what's wrong," you said ever so quietly.

"Everything. There was an ambush and I d-didn't know if I'd see you or Bucky again," Steve said holding you tighter.

You ran your fingers through his hair understanding him. You took the sleeve of his hoodie and wiped away his tears.

"I'm glad you did come back cause I don't know what I'd do without you," you whispered as he looked up at you.

"I wouldn't know what to do cause I'm definitely falling for you, Y/n," Steve said and him saying that made your heart beat a little faster.

He situated himself so he hovered above you.

"I think I'm falling for you too," you said looking at his puffy red eyes.

He pressed his soft lips against yours. After the makeout session, you both fell asleep together.

(Time skip - next day)

"Where's Steve? He's supposed to make breakfast," Tony said crossing his arms over his chest.

"Ya know he just got back last night from a mission," Bucky said knowing exactly where Steve is.

It's happened a couple times, Bucky has a nightmare and can't be alone so he finds Steve in your room. He'll take the empty side of the bed and fall asleep. Sometimes you'll end up between the two super soldiers or the two super soldiers will be cuddled up with each other. You actually don't mind him coming in since he has become a brother to you. He also has become the third wheel to the dates you and Steve have since you both don't wanna tell the team yet.

"Sammy Boi, where's Captain Spangles?" Tony asked as Sam walked in.

"Wouldn't know," Sam said sitting next to Bucky. "Where's the breakfast?"

"Tony thinks Steve is gonna make breakfast," Bucky said.

"He always does even if he's been gone on a mission," Sam said. "He's insane like that."

"Friday, where's Captain Spangles?" Tony asked.

"He's in Miss Y/n's room. Do I need to wake them, sir?"

Tony's eyes widened and so did everyone else's except Bucky's and Sam's.

You and Steve woke up around ten.

"I don't wanna get out of bed," you said holding him tighter.

"I've gotta go make breakfast for Tony," Steve mumbled.

"Pfft, he's a grown man, he can cook his own," You said.

"Yeah but I don't wanna deal with grumpy Tony," Steve said getting up and sitting on the edge of your bed.

He looked for his clothes realizing he's just in his boxer briefs.

"You only came in your Captain America get up," You said sitting up and wrapping your arms around his arm closest to you.

"Shit," he said seeing his uniform on the floor.

"You can take your hoodie that I'm wearing," you said looking at him.

"No, you look good in it," he said looking at you. "I'm just gonna sneak out in my underwear."

"You're gonna be dead. People are gonna find out," you said smirking.

"I'm surprised we lasted for 5 months," Steve said.

"Yeah," you said pressing your lips against his.

He cupped your face and whispered, "I'll see ya in the kitchen."

You nodded and gave you a quick kiss. He snuck out of the room leaving his things from the mission behind. You smirked and Natasha bursted into the room. She shut the door and locked it.

"You're fucking the Captain!" She said pointing at you.

You held your hands up not knowing what to do.

"You can't even lie, his clothes are the floor! You have his shield! And that's his hoodie," Nat said.

"Fine, I am," you said.

She smiled and asked, "how is he in bed?"

You grinned widely.

Steve walked into the kitchen wearing black joggers, grey T-shirt, and black tennis shoes.

"Oooooooooooo, he's no longer a virgin," Clint teased from the couch. "He's doing the walk of shame!"

"First of all, I don't do the walk of shame," Steve said very confidently.

You run up behind him and smack his ass. You quickly sprinted off laughing. Steve stood there in shock and he blushed a deep deep crimson. Everyone bursted out laughing.
