Three days after the nobles had suddenly shown up while Kanrish was not present, a new wave of people arrived.

Four different noble crests upon the armor of their guards.

"We have returned to issue the arrest of the Swifteye house on grounds of violence towards a Barony and housing orcish fugitives." The one heading the group spoke as Kanrish was called by Lillium.

"This bullshit again?" He groaned and contacted Aelanna telepathically.

Are you with Pharana at the moment?

I am, why? She replied through the connection and Kanrish relayed the sight before him.

A group of fifty personal guards, ten Cardinal Guards and about ten nobles, all bearing a crest of some sort upon their blouses and the armour of their guards.

I see, I shall inform her right now and ask what to do. I shall relay the appearances of the nobles in question as well. She told him and the conversation went quiet for a short while.

"Well, arrest them, ransack their house and strip them of their title!" Another noble shouted, a woman this time.

"What's wrong Sweetie?" Lyya asked as she approached the door in passing at the commotion and Kanrish sighed.

"Some more idiots on that 'housing orcish fugitives' bullshit, I already told Aelanna to inform the Queen of what to do now."

His reply was flat, and emotionless. He honestly felt that he missed the times when in his old world nobility wasn't a thing anymore.

She has informed me that the people, and their houses present, are members of an anti-orc alliance within the Cardinal. You have permission to execute them on site. They have even harassed the Gloomaxe Earldom, which is above all of their ranks and have been warned multiple times.

It was Aelanna's report that came in that made Kanrish grin wickedly.

"What're you grinning about?! Men, seize him!" Another noblewoman shouted and Kanrish burst into laughter.

This wasn't the first time he had snapped. Lyya knew what followed once he told them all what the Queen had given her permission for.

And because of that, she fled into the mansion, instructing all staff she encountered to hide farther into the building.

She rushed to Ayame, Emiko and Hapii to protect them.

"You heard me; I have permission for executions on all of you." Kanrish spoke grimly and summoned, for once, {Pure Destruction}.

"If you heard the tales of what happened in Aldor, you would do wise to run and abandon this futile attempt at harassing me." Kanrish said and dropped the weapon as he stepped forward.

"Because I've got far more effective and efficient stuff." With another looming step, he found himself encircled by the guards and nobles.

"All within thirty feet, perfect... {Kill Command}." As he spoke the spell's name, the wave of light radiated from him, leaving all the people within thirty feet to collapse, only the man who had accused him three days earlier still stood.

His legs quivering as he stood just a few feet beyond the range of the spell.

"M-murderer!" The man shouted and burst into an all-out sprint.

"Won't save your ass!" Kanrish shouted, whipping out his sniper rifle and took aim effortlessly.

He found he had really grown used to using the magical firearms he summoned and turned the rifle into a fully automatic one, unleashing a long salvo down the hallway that led to his front door.
