Kitsune!Choromatsu x Child!Reader

You're on a Sommer festival with your parents. You wear a white yukata and your mother was messing your short, (h/c) hair up to make you look cuter. You walk in the middle from your parents while you watch with big eyes the area.

"(Y/n)? Do you want something to eat?" Your mother ask with a smile. "Yes! Red apple! Red apple!" You say really excited. "Okay. You two wait here. I'll be right back." You and your mother standing now by a booth near the end from the festival. Your father walks over to a booth to buy you the toffee apple you want. "Oh! If it's isn't the little (y/n)~." A friend from your mother pets your head and both adults starting to talk.

Suddenly a voice calls out your name. It sounded like a whisper in your ears. You look in the direction where the voice came from. Before you walk quickly away you look at your mother.

You walk into the dark forest while just a few blue flames showing off the road you walk. It's confusing you to see blue flames in the forest, but they don't feel like something bad for you. So you follow them.

While you walk up the way you see things. They get called yokai, but for humans not visible. Maybe the blue flames are the reason you can see them?

"A human?" "What is a human doing here?" "Why are you here, little human?" "Are you looking for someone?" The smaller yokai, who must be kids too, asking you curious and following you slowly behind. To be ready to run away if you try to attack them. "Do you know where they end?" You ask and point to the blue flames.

"The little human talked with us!" "It's a nice human!" You sigh lightly and quickly follow the blue flames again. When you arrive the last blue flame you look at someone. It's a yokai too, but he looks like a human. The yokai has white fox ears, but the tip is going to a green. He wears a white-green yukata and his white fox tail, also with a green tip, looks really soft.

He sits on the ground and leans against a tree. His eyes are shut and it looks a bit like he's in pain. His breath goes irregular while his face looks a bit pale too. You walk over to him and a few yokai kids following you carefully.

The kitsune notice you and look now at you with half closed eyes. "Are you okay?" You ask worried and stop in front of his feet. "What ... do you want, human?" He ask out of breath. "Are you hurt?" You start to walk again, but this time you stop right next to him.

The kitsune looks at you, before he notice the other yokai. 'Did they really followed her?' "Ah! You have a splitter in your arm!" The kitsune looks at the small stick who stuck in his arm. He can't pull it out, because it's sealed. If a yokai comes in contact with it the seal is sucking slowly the life energy out of it.

"Can you re...remove it?" You nod your head and pull the stick out. The kitsune hiss in pain when you pull it out without saying a word. On the end is blood, but you can't see it. You throw the stick away, but not in the direction where the other yokai are.

The kitsune sighs quietly in relieve. But his ears getting quickly up when he hears shuffling from you. "Ah! There it is!" You hold suddenly a patch up in the air with an happy smile. Causing the kitsune to look confused at you down. You pull his sleeve up and wipe the blood with your sleeve away.

"O-Oi! What are you-?" You put the patch on the wound and give it a small kiss. "Pain, pain, go away~!" You say happy. The kitsune blush a little from your action and ruffles your hair with his free hand. Getting your attention to look up to him.

"What's your name?" "I'm (y/n)! And yours?!" You ask excited while holding his hand down on your head. Looks like you like it to get petted. The kitsune laughs softly and said with a smile: "My name is Choromatsu. Nice to meet you, (y/n)-chan."

When you see Choromatsu's smile your cheeks turning red. 'He's cute~!' "Choro-niichama~? Can I touch your tail~?" You ask a bit dreamy. "After your help, of course." Choromatsu put his tail to your side so you can touch it.

When you touch his fur your eyes sparkling. "It's soft~!" You hug the fox tail now. Choromatsu smiles softly and put his hands under the sleeves from his yukata. Crossing his legs too.

While you cuddle Choromatsu's tail he rest to get his energy back. If the stick would still stuck in his arm Choromatsu would be dead after a half hour. But he's watching you from time to time. Even the small yokai getting to touch his tail. They play and talk with you while Choromatsu is making sure none of them hurts you or you get hurt.

You tell Choromatsu and the yokai stories what you do and what happens to you. Most of the things were really funny. Choromatsu also told a few stories, but not a single one who could be scare you kids.

After what felt like hours voices calling suddenly out for you. "Ah  Okaa-san and Otou-san. I'm sorry Choro-niichama. I need to leave." You look sad down to the ground. Choromatsu smiles a little and pet your head softly. Making you look up to him.

"Here." Choromatsu gives you a small ball who's in a clear green color. You can look even through it. Choromatsu takes your small hand gently and said with a little smile: "Sadly, we can't see each other anymore (y/n)-chan. But when you're 20 we can. Come back with this in your hand and say my name. I promise you to be there before you can say-" "Choromatsu-niichama!" You beam happy.

Choromatsu laughs softly and gives you a kiss on the forehead. "Now, go back to your parents (y/n)-chan. See you again." You smile even more happier (if this is even possible) and nod your head with a hum. You wave goodbye and walk down the way again.

Choromatsu smirks lightly when you're gone and he stands up. 'Let's see how cute you are when you come back as an adult, my little (y/n)-chan~.'
