Ti amo (Mafia!Ichimatsu x Reader)

You don't know what you did, but the one and only mafia don fall for you.

Ichimatsu is nice and all, sure, but for you (a person who works really much) he's more a bother. Since your parents didn't raised a bad (and dumb) child up you never said to Ichimatsu that he should leave.

So today too, Ichimatsu is bothering you.

You finally have finish all your work. After hours you can finally go home and sleep six hours before you need to go to work again.

That was your plan. But Ichimatsu stood by the building you work and picked you up. Now you two sit together in a fancy restaurant.

You look down at the card with tired eyes while Ichimatsu stares at you. It's really obvious that he wants to talk with you, but for that you need to look him in the eyes first.

'Why did I even thought I could go to bed now? But I'm not really sure if I fit in here. I mean, I just wear an (f/c) blazer, a white shirt, a (f/c) skirt and (f/c) shoes. Nothing special if I be honest.'

Through your bangs you glance a little up with your eyes to Ichimatsu. He looks with a sad look in his face down at the card. Seems like he gave up.

'What did I even do? Ichimatsu suddenly showed up at my working place and said something I didn't understand. I guess he's talking Italian. ... Maybe I should-'

"(Y/n)?" You flinch and look at Ichimatsu now. "Y-Yes?" "What do you want to eat?" Ichimatsu points slightly to the side. You look in this direction and see a waiter standing next to you.

"A-Ah um ... I ... I'm not hungry." You lied. Honestly you would kill for a piece of meat, but it's just too expensive.

Ichimatsu hums and point with his finger on something before the waiter left. "Say, I never asked you this, but do you have a boyfriend or lover (y/n)?" Ichimatsu ask smiling curious

You look with your eyes down at his white hat he placed on the table before you look at him again. "No."

Suddenly Ichimatsu starts to talk Italia with such an happy smile that you can even see his sharp teeth. You only sit there and try to figure out what he means.

But when Ichimatsu suddenly take your hands you don't know what exactly he wants now. "Ti amo." Ichimatsu said with a blush on his cheeks.

You only hum and look unsure with your eyes away. Ichimatsu sighs and let go of your hands. "You really should look for the meaning-"

But before Ichimatsu can say more the waiter place a plate with meat on it down. Ichimatsu looks pissed at the man because he interrupted him.

To this man's luck your stomach starts to growl loud. Ichimatsu and looks at you with an bored expression. You look with a blush of embarrassment on your face away from the food.

"Huh?" Ichimatsu pushed the plate over to you with a smile. "You can have it, bella." "B-But didn't you wanted-" "I won't die if I skip a meal. So go ahead."

You look unsure at Ichimatsu before grabbing your knife and fork.

~A few weeks later~
You have a high fever, but still you need to work. Or else your boss will get mad. So you put a cold patch on your forehead, took two pills and started your work day like usual.

You got your break so you walk panting over to a drugstore. Only to buy a new cold patch. 'I guess I can do this last five hours. But if Ichimatsu comes today again I can't go with him somewhere. I need-'

Suddenly your vision gets blurry. Your legs giving in and you crush down on the ground. People on the street quickly rushing over to you, but you hear a fading voice in the distance who sounds familiar.

...

"I don't care! If it means I have to pay the bills then I'll do it! But if you throw her out when she open her eyes I'll kill you." You hear a squeak before you slowly open your eyes.

"(Y/n)!" Ichimatsu push the doctor away and looks now worried down at your face. "Ichi...matsu?" You ask with a raspy voice. In his worry Ichimatsu starts to talk Italian with you. Of course you don't understand a single word.

"Hey..." "?!" You suddenly touch Ichimatsu's cheek with your hand softly. Causing him to flinch and to stop talking. "Breath or ... you'll pass out." You smile weakly. On Ichimatsu's face grows a huge blush while he stares down at you.

~And then...~
After you were fully awake Ichimatsu told you what happened. You passed suddenly out on the middle of the street. He was doing his business right now and saw you passing out. Before anyone could call an ambulance Ichimatsu grabbed you and drove with Karamatsu and Jyushimatsu to the hospital.

You look down at your hospital pugging with tired eyes. Still you have a fever, but it's cooling down thanks to the medicine. Ichimatsu said since you aren't able to pay the bill he'll do it for you.

"Um ... (y-y/n)...?" Ichimatsu looks worried at you. He never really saw you eating much and he's quite sure you aren't eat more when you're alone. You hum and look at him now. "Don't you ... want to eat?" You hum again and look down at your pudding again. " ... I'm not that hungry."

Ichimatsu sighs lightly and place his hat down onto your head. Causing you to flinch from the sudden contact. "Can you please eat?" You want to look at Ichimatsu, but his hat is blocking the view. " ... Why?" You ask calm.

Again, Ichimatsu is saying something in Italian. But you can't really understand much. Just the word 'ti amo' he's saying so often to you. " ... Ichimatsu? What does ti amo mean?" You ask tired. Ichimatsu tense a bit up, but he has still the confidence he had when he first told you this two words.

"It means, I love you." Ichimatsu smiles a little with closed eyes. Your eyes widen and a small blush is growing on your cheeks. "So ... please eat this pudding if you love me too, (y/n)." You gulp and take a bit from the pudding on your spoon.

Ichimatsu's eyes widen while he stares at you. You open your mouth a little and Ichimatsu gets with his face a bit closer. To see your face better.

"Mpfh?!" But instead of you, Ichimatsu has now the spoon in his mouth. You pull the spoon out and sigh lightly. "I'm sorry, but I need to concentrate on my work, Ichimatsu."

"?!" Suddenly Ichimatsu knocks his forehead against yours. But not so hard that it could hurt you in any way. "But that doesn't mean for me to stop~. I'll visit you now everyday and make sure you eat something. Also, ti amo bella~."

You blush from the near and Ichimatsu's words. He in return only leans in to kiss you for a few seconds before pulling away again. Ichimatsu put his hat back onto his head before turning to the door. "See you tomorrow, bella~."

Ichimatsu waves while walking away. Your face turned into a crimson red while looking embarrassed down at your legs.

For Ichimatsu it will only ends when you say to him back that you love him. As long as you don't do this he will always visit you to make sure you fall for him.
