Harry's face held the same look he had when he found out what the Grim was. I couldn't tell if it was his 'I'm in deep thought about what I just heard' or 'we are about to risk our lives again to find this out,' face. But either way, he was one of my best friends, and I was prepared to go down both paths for him.
Also, for anyone wondering. You can't take medication for it.
"You don't think that Grim thing's got anything to do with Sirius Black, do you?" Ron asked us as we walked down the cobblestone steps to Hagrids hut.
"Oh, honestly, Ron. If you ask me, Divination's a very woolly discipline," It was no surprise that Hermione did not believe in this class, as she was the most logical thinker I have ever met. Even with being in the wizarding world. "Now, Ancient Runes, that's a fascinating subject."
"Ancient Runes?" Ron asked. "Exactly how many classes are you taking this term?"
"A fair few," Hermione told him.
"Hang on, thats impossible," Ron stopped in his tracks as he looked back over at Hermione. "Ancient Runes is at the same time as Divinations. You'd have to be in two classes at once."
"Don't be silly, Ronald, how could anyone be in two classes at once?" Hermione walked passed us as she spoke.
"I'd believe you could," I snorted out a laugh. "You love school so much if you could clone your self to go to every class here, you would."
We continued our walk down to Hagrids hut as we awaited our classmates. Once everyone had joined, Hagrid started his first lesson. Oh, I was so ready to learn whatever crazy thing he could pull out of his sleeve.
"That's it. Come on now. Come closer," Hagrid used his arms to gesture for us to all get as close as possible. "Less talking, if you don't mind. I got a real treat for you today. A great lesson. So follow me."
Hagrid lead us into the forest and into a clearing where a stone wall seemed to be broken down a bit. At least we weren't tracking down a unicorn killer this time. Or at least I hoped we weren't.
"Right, you lot. Less chattering," Hagrid came to a stop as we all followed in line in front of him. "Form a group over there. And open your books to page 49."
"Exactly how do we do that?" Draco asked.
"Well, just stroke the spine, of course," Hagrid said simply as he ventured more into the woods.
I looked down at my book that I had refused to open till now. It looked like it was willing to kill you in the name of education. But none the less, I stroked the spine as I watched it calm down.
"I think I shall name it, Susan," I told my friends.
"Why, Susan?" Harry asked.
"Because, you got to give things a reliable name in order for them to stay intact," Shrugging my shoulder as I kept stroking the spine.
"I think they're funny," Hermione said.
"Oh, yeah. Terribly funny. Really witty," Draco sarcastically said as we all looked over at him in the back. "God, this place has gone to the dogs! Wait until my father hears that Dumbledore's got this oaf teaching classes!"
"Shut up, Malfoy," Harry started to walk towards him, and every alarm started to go off in my head that this probably would not end well.
"Ohh!" His goons started to laugh a bit as Draco dropped his bag. He put on a confident smirk as he walked over to Harry, a circle forming around the two. His face fell, however, as he looked up into the sky above Harry's head and backed up a bit.
