Kurapika POV

I buttoned up the suit and sighed, "Why do all wedding suits look the same?" Melody sighed, "They don't all look the same. Some have different colors."

"Yeah she's right." Rose said in agreement.

I pulled the curtain aside and crossed my arms, "Okay, look at this suit," I spun around before facing her again, "now look at the rest." Melody looked behind her, "Oh you're right."

Rose hoisted Lucy up in her arms, "Try that- nevermind it looks like same."

"Yeah." I closed the curtain and took off the tie, "I wear a suit for work, I honestly don't feel like wearing a suit for the happiest day of my life. I don't even like wearing a suit for work, I would prefer my clan's clothes."

Melody giggled, "Fair. Do you want to go to the dress shop next?"

I took off the blazer, "Umm.....sure."

We walked into the dress store and Melody gasped, "Wow, they're all so pretty!" I nodded in agreement, "They're all so.....poofy. Hold the baby."

I handed Lucy to Rose and began to look around with both of them following.

I gasped and turned around to look at her, "You two need 'bridesmaid' dresses, what would I call you if I'm not technically a bride?"

Rose shrugged, "I heard the term best lady works."

I smiled, "I like the sound of that, but you two go look around! Make sure they're at least the same color." Rose rolled her eyes, "Duh. Come on Melody."

"Don't lose the baby!"

"Of course. Wait, do you two even have a date set?"

I looked back at them, "No but we were going to talk about it later then tomorrow we're going to check out the venue and see if we can book it. Then we'll plan the rest of it for a few weeks or so then get everything ready. Rehearsal dinner, bachelor and 'bachelorette' parties, then the next day I'll be a Paladiknight."

Melody smiled, "What are you going to do for the party?"

I shrugged, "I don't know but-"

Rose interrupted me, "Let's talk about this when we're done buying dresses. After this we can go out to eat and maybe get some drinks then do some fun stuff, and maybe drop off Lucy with my brother."

I sighed, "Leorio's at work." She shrugged, "I never it had to be that brother, I have three others."

"Okay whatever, I'm going to look for a dress. You need to too, now go!" I walked off and began to look around at all the dresses, they all were beautiful.

A worker walked over and stood beside me, "Need help finding anything?"

I looked at her, "Actually yes, I'm not looking for anything specific other than a wedding dress of course but umm.....I'm looking for something that's not too fancy or too feminine, do you have anything like that?"

The woman nodded, "Follow me this way."

I followed her but as we were walking a dress caught my eye, "Actually, can I try this one on?"

"Of course, let me just get it ready for you."

The worker got it ready for me. Melody and Rose already picked out their dresses so the waited for me by the dressing room. Soon enough the dress and room was ready so I went to get changed.

I looked in the mirror, "Oh my god. I love it! Melody, Rose, what do you two think?"

Melody smiled, "It looks amazing Kurapika." Rose nodded, "Yeah I totally agree. I can't wait till I get married to steal it from you."

I laughed, "Yeah I don't think so. How much is it?" The workers looked at the tag, "Umm...... one-thousand-six-hundred-thirty-one ." I looked at her, "Oh wow. Well I do have the money. Should I?"

Rose nodded, "You definitely should. You look great in it, like really great."

I smiled, "Okay, I'll buy it. Melody can you go pay while I change, you already know the credit card number right?" Melody nodded, "Yep. Come on Rose let's go buy this and wait for him outside."

I looked at myself one last time in the mirror, I couldn't believe that I was getting married to my best friend.
