Leorio's Birthday pt.1

Kurapika POV

"You three have your presents ready?"

Gon, Killua, and Alluka nodded. "I hid mine under my bed! And Big Brother and Gon his theirs under their bed!"

I chuckled, "That's good. Now we aren't going to give the presents to Leorio as soon as he gets home. Instead we'll give them to him after we go out and have fun, okay?"

"Okay!" Gon smiled, "I can't wait! I hope he likes our gifts, and the stuff we have planned."

Killua looked at me slyly, "Kurapika, do you have anything special planned."

"No, and if I did I wouldn't tell you, you're a child."

Killua nodded, "Mhm, alright. Whatever you say."

I rolled my eyes, I didn't have anything like that planned today. It was Leorio's birthday and I want to have fun, not have sex, unless he wants to. His birthday.

"Did you two boys finish the cake?"

Gon and Killua looked at each other before turning back to me and pointing to each other saying, "It was his fault! Was not!"

I giggled, "That's okay. How far did you get to?"

Gon looked guilty, "Before I say this just remember that it's Killua's fault. Okay so, we got the cake done and we decorated it but Killua threw it at me by accident because we were messing around as teenagers do. We're only sixteen please don't hurt us!"

I sighed, "I will ground you, tomorrow, not today because it's Leorio's birthday and I love him and he loves you."

Killua gagged before seeing my expression and nodding, "Yes sir."

"Alluka."

"Yes?"

"Did you feed and dress Lucy?"

Alluka nodded, "Yes I did! She's wearing a skirt with a long sleeved shirt and leggings. I also added a flower in her hair so she would look really cute!"

I smiled, "At least you did something right. Okay! No cake, everyone's dressed and ready, presents hidden, friends and family called. This is going a little bit better than last year."

Gon nodded, "Most definitely. Also can you help me with my math tonight? Algebra is hard."

I nodded, "Of course I will. Anyway, Leorio will be home soon so go watch tv and don't get your clothes dirty. Killua grab Lucy."

Killua nodded, "Kk."

"Don't say that, it's okay."

At least half an hour later the front door opened and, of course, Leorio was home.

"Welcome home baby."

Leorio looked at me, "Thanks. You look....nice. Why are you all dressed up?"

"Because we're going out to dinner?"

Leorio looked confused, "What are we celebrating?"

"Leorio, it's your birthday." I laughed.

He thought for a moment, "Oh I guess it is. I just forgot, my bad Sunshine." He kissed my forehead.

"How do you forget your birthday?" Killua asked.

Leorio shrugged, "I don't know. Guess it's because I really don't look forward to it."

Gon frowned, "Aww, okay done feeling sympathy, Leorio go get dressed we're going out to dinner whether you like it or not! Even Lucy us dressed up." Gon pointed to the baby in Killua's arms.

Leorio heavily sighed, "Alright. I'll be back in a second. Go get in the car you....five."

I nodded, "On it."

He didn't seem that excited about his birthday. Did I do something wrong or am I just paranoid? This might not go as planned.

"Today at school I meet this really nice boy named Jake! But then I meet this really pretty girl named Yasmin. I like them both!" Alluka said cheerfully

"Good, keeping your options open." Leorio held up his hand to high-five Alluka, "But you aren't allowed to date till you're sixteen. Sorry sweetheart."

Killua looked up, "Gon and I can date?"

"Not each other, I mean you could just I see you as my kids, but others yeah." Killua and Gon fist-bumped.

"When we're you allowed to date Leorio?" Gon asked.

Leorio shrugged, "Mom said fifteen as long as I didn't get a girl pregnant and dad said never. But I disobeyed him, obviously."

I giggled, "Obviously."

Killua swallowed his food, "Did you ever get a girl pregnant though?"

Leorio shrugged, "If I did I wouldn't know. Half of them didn't talk to me after."

"Is that what girls do?" Gon asked.

"Some, not all. Also for your information, if any of you become those 'all girls are the same guys, I'm kicking you out. Get your own damn money."

I laughed, "Yeah, what he said. Also no Supreme merch."

Leorio nodded and looked at me, "We have great parenting methods huh?" I chuckled a bit, "Hell yeah we do." We high-fived before turning back to the kids.

I'm glad this night was going good so far, we all are having fun and enjoying ourselves. Just hope Leorio likes the other surprises we have planned.
