Kurapika POV

I laughed and looked at Leorio, "Leo pass me the salt please."

Leorio didn't look up from his phone or react to my question.

"Leorio." Killua said, "Are you gonna to answer your husband?"

"Um hold up..."

"Ugh," Killua pushed the salt to me and past Gon, "here."

I shook my head and sighed, "Thank you."

"Dad," Lillian said, "guess what happened at school today."

"Uh...what hun?" He didn't look up.

"A girl in my class recognized you when you picked me up yesterday, today she said you were a politician." She took a sip of her drink, "She also said you were going to hell because of what you said for your speech, that you were married to a guy, and because you had sex before marriage. Also because of you're ruining your body with tattoos and piercings because 'your body is your temple'."

"Really..."

"Leorio," I said, "we're trying to have a family dinner can you please put your phone down."

"Hold up." He quickly typed something before setting his phone down, "I'm sorry, just texting someone, don't worry about it."

I nodded, "Yeah okay."

Leorio sighed, "Lilly, I want you to tell that Jesus died for nothing if I didn't commit those sins. Also don't tell her this but-"

Leorio's phone started ringing. He glanced at his phone, "I gotta take this, it's...important..."

He grabbed his phone and walked outside.

I watched him as he talked on the phone, he looked frustrated and upset. I couldn't help but wonder if it was the same person that he was texting before.

"Why is always on the damn phone?" Killua mumbled.

"I don't know Killua." I sighed.

Leorio put his phone in his pocket and shook his head before walking inside, "I gotta head into work, how about we do this another time?"

"Leorio," I sighed, "can we talk for a second?"

"Uh yeah."

I stood up and grabbed his arm pulling him outside. I shook my head, "Are you fucking serious? Another rain check? Last time you were too tired so I re-scheduled with Sister, I can't do that again Leorio!"

"Kurapika I can't help it this time."

"Leorio! I'm sick an tired of your shit! Who are you even texting?"

"My team, I literally just said that I had to go to work!"

"Is it really your job?" I yelled, "Is it really?"

"Yes!" He yelled back.

"Give me your phone."

"What?"

"Give me your fucking phone!"

"Oh my fucking God..." He reached in his pocket and handed me his phone, "What do you even want it for?"

"I'm going to fucking destroy it." I mumbled.

"No you aren't..." He chuckled.

I shook my head, "Yes I am."

I tossed his phone between my hands before holding it in one. I smiled at him sarcastically before throwing his phone on the ground.

"Kurapika! Are you serious?"

I stomped on his phone multiple times before he grabbed me by my collar, "Are you fucking dumb! What is wrong with you?"

He pushed me away, "Fuck! God damn it!"

I laughed, "Are you seriously freaking out over a phone?"

"Are you fucking crazy? I need my phone! I talk to you, my boss, my co-workers, my fucking kids on that thing!"

"Just buy a new one." I stood up, "You're ridiculous."

"I don't have the money to buy a new one! You're ridiculous, not me! Shit!" He kicked the phone, and began to walk away.

"You're just gonna go?"

"Yeah, I am." He lit a cigarette and continued to walk away.

I sighed and looked in the window, all four kid were watching. Shit.
