Sick Kid

Leorio POV

I tapped my pen on my desk, I have to finish this paperwork before work. I glanced at the clock, it was 4:30am. Great, two hours is perfect.

The room was dimly lit, the only light was my basic green desk lamp, thank god I can see well in the dark.

"Leorio."

I looked up from my desk to see Killua standing at my door, "Killua why are you still up, it's really early in the morning?"

"Please don't yell." He took a deep breath and exhaled, "Thus sounds really basic but i barfed. I also feel like I'm about to pass out and I don't like it, please help."

I stood up quickly and walked to the door way, "Alright, let's go to the kitchen to get you some water."

I put my hand on Killua's back and led him to the kitchen.

I turned the light on and pointed to the table, "Go sit right there." He nodded and walked over yawning.

I sighed and grabbed a cup out of the cabinets and filled it with cold water. I handed the cup to Killua, "Drink this."

Killua stared at the cup for a few seconds before chugging it.

He blinked, "I feel....a bit better?"

I smiled a bit, "You were probably just dehydrated. Bring a water bottle to school tomorrow, okay?"

He shrugged, "Whatever old man. Goodnight."

"Night Killua."

I turned around and was about to go back to my office when I heard a little giggle from the door of our bedroom, "You say you hate kids but you're so good with them." Kurapika smiled as he walked over to me, "Why is that Mr.Leorio?"

I chuckled a bit and moved a strand of hair behind his ear, "Who knows. But you should be asleep."

He tilted his head, "So should you." He yawned and rested his head on my shoulder.

"I'm doing paperwork, I baby sleep till it's done." Kurapika glanced up at me, "Then I'll stay with you till you finish it."

I laughed a bit, "Uh no, you're not. It's gonna take a while and you need sleep."

He smiled, "Good because I was just trying to be nice, I'm actually super tired right now." He giggled a bit and stood up straight.

"Goodnight, I love you Leorio Paladiknight." He said then laid a small kiss on my cheek.

I smiled, "Goodnight, and I love you too, Kurapika Paladiknight." That sure did sound right.
