Kurapika POV

Leorio leaned back against the couch and sighed, "I actually did not expect nor want this." I looked up from my book, "Expect what?" Leorio looked at me, "You know how I accidentally won the election for chairman?"

I nodded.

"Well, if some loses a big election the press is all over them. If someone wins a big election they get more press. Now what if they win then drop out immediately?"

"A lot of press- oh wow."

He nodded, "Yeah. You know the last thing I wanted while working was a whole bunch of people crowding around me me my office. I thought this was over but nope!" Leorio laughed, "I thought The Ging situation blew over but it's now blowing up again and it's getting way more attention now because the election is over. And my god do people love it, especially the ladies."

I shut my book and sighed, "Will they ever come here? Reporters?" Leorio shook his head, "No." I sighed, "Okay good."

I rested my head on Leorio's shoulder, "Do you think it will blow over soon?" Leorio shrugged, "Eventually." I looked up at him, "What were you doing when the press came?"

"I was running a test." I tucked a strand of hair behind my ear, "That must have sucked." He chuckled, "Yeah it did."

"How did you react?"

"I told them it was a HIV sample and I would spill it on them if they didn't leave." He laughed. I shook my head, "Don't joke about that."

"Sorry. But I needed to get them out. They followed followed me into the halls and out of the building. Patients and other workers were confused." I chuckled, "I bet." Leorio sighed, "You know I love you right?"

"Yes of course."

"Do you love me?"

"Duh."

Leorio kissed my forehead, "Okay just making sure. I had a long day let's go to bed." I nodded as his picked me up and took us to our room.
