Leorio POV

I looked up at the sound of Kurapika slamming the "front-door" shut, after words he ran to our room and slammed that door too. I sighed, "Kurapika? Hey."

I got up and walked to our room, "Kurapika, baby what's wrong? Can I come in?"

"Yeah." He replied weakly.

I opened the door to the room to see Kurapika curled up in a ball on the floor crying. I leaned beside him, "What's wrong?" He looked up at me, "I failed another interview."

I sighed, "What'd they say?" He sat up and looked at me, "They said they don't hire gay people."

"What?"

"They asked if I lived with someone so I told them I lived with my boyfriend. Then they looked at me and told me they don't hire gay people! It was a Starbucks! Half of your customers are probably gay but not workers? That's just stupid."

I wrapped my arms around him, "It's okay. You know what, I'll try to find you a job at the hospital. How about a receptionist? You have experience."

Kurapika chuckled, "I guess that's true." I kissed his head, "You don't need a job anyway, I got it covered for now. Take a break from looking for one, just promise when I come home from mine make sure the house isn't a mess and maybe have dinner ready. Also don't have anyone but yourself in our bed."

Kurapika rested his head on my shoulder, "I promise. Only if you promise not to have anyone else in our bed."

I smiled, "Promise."

"Can we have pizza?" He said softly. I chuckled, "We can always have pizza whenever you want." He smiled up at me, "Really?"

"If we have enough money at the time." I stood up and lifted up Kurapika to his feet, "Cheese?" He nodded, "Duh. I'll go clean the house." He skipped out of the room.

I smiled at him and took out my phone, following after him.
