Happy Birthday pt.1

Kurapika POV

"Kurapika! Leorio! Wake up! Big Brother said a bunny came!" Alluka squealed.

Leorio yawned, "Now did he? What did this bunny bring?" He smiled tiredly at her before yawning again.

She jumped off the bed and onto the floor, "Gon said that he hid eggs with candy in them and a basket with all kinds of surprises!" I chuckled a bit, "Well why don't you go look for the basket?" I sat up and tried to match her excitement, "And when your done, come show me! Okay?"

Alluka nodded proudly before running out of our room.

Leorio looked up and smiled at me, "Happy birthday baby. I made a basket for you too."

I laughed as he pulled me back down in bed, he immediately began to kiss me all over my face, neck, and shoulders, "Leorio! Stop! We have to get ready!"

He stopped and patted my shoulder, "Alright birthday boy, get up and get dressed. We have a long day ahead of us. My family invited us over for dinner."

I smiled at him, "Okay, you remember to dress nice."

He scoffed, "Bitch please, I always dress nice."

I laughed, "Alright, you believe that pretty boy." I kissed him for a brief moment before I got up and started to get dressed, I sure hope today will be fun.

I quickly hopped in the shower and got dressed before heading into the kitchen to cook breakfast. Before I even started I felt arms wrap around my waist and a head on my shoulder, "Not today birthday boy, I'll cook breakfast for you and the kids. You go wake up Lucy before she wakes up herself."

I nodded and slipped out of his arms. I began to head to Lucy's room as I was walking there I saw Gon, Killua, and Alluka scramble past quickly looking for their baskets.

I laughed at the three and opened the door to the nursery, "Good morning Lucy." I heard a soft noise come from her crib causing me to smile. I walked over and picked her up out of her crib, "Hello sweetie, guess what? Today is Daddy's birthday!"

She giggled and reached he hands up to me. I smiled brightly, "Let me change you then we are going to have a whole day of fun! Sound like a plan?"

She made a cooing noise. I smiled, "I'll take that as a yes."
