Leorio POV

I bounced Lucy in my arms, "Shh baby, shhh. No llores bebé, papá está aquí. está bien lo prometo, lo prometo. Do you want daddy? Let's see what he's doing."

I looked into the bedroom Kurapika and I usually sleep in, Kurapika wasn't asleep or anything, he was just silently lying in bed. Even though his eyes were open you could still see the dark circles under his eyes from crying, but he still hasn't told me why he's been crying, or why he's been neglecting his duties as a father and a husband.

I frowned at my husband, I don't know what he's going through but I do know he's strong enough to work through it, I just hope that's soon.

"Uh boss..." Hannah asked as she walked into the room, "Why do you have a baby?"

"Because I'm a father."

"No I mean with you...in the office...on your lap."

"None of your business, I brought my daughter to work, oh well." I wrote something down on my paper then proceeded to kiss Lucy on the head.

"Morning Paladinknight...and Paladinknight." McDowell said following behind Hannah.

"Morning McDowell." I replied.

Lucy made a baby sound in response too. I smiled, "She said 'Good morning McDowell.'"

"Damn boss, you look exhausted. How've you been?" Johnson said following close behind the other two.

"I've been really tired. Kurapika's going through something so I took responsibility of everything. I have to wake up and get the kids ready for school, then go straight to work after their bus pulls up, do the laundry, cook or buy dinner, do the dishes, clean the cat litter, make sure Kurapika eats and sleeps well, and take care of this little rascal. It's exhausting. And I'm barley home for my kids, I have to order them pizza almost every night, I feel so bad." I sighed, "But whatever, I can manage, just like my highschool days, minus the sex and drug dealing...that was way too much information."

"No no, it's okay, I was the one who asked." Johnson sighed, "I hope Kurapika gets better."

"Yeah me too, I'm stressed." I complained, "But whatever. Hannah, I want you to monitor the patient and get data, Johnson don't take any test till we know all the symptoms, McDowell you have clinical duty, and I'll be in my office doing paperwork and taking care plus playing with my beautiful daughter."

Hannah nodded, "Got it."

I smiled at her, "Thank you Hannah."
