Three's A Crowd

Third Person POV

Leorio slammed the car door shut getting a few looks from the nearby people. He falsely smiled, "Hi."

He could see Kurapika look out their window and quickly move away, he knew he was in trouble. Leorio stormed inside the apartment building lobby taking off his coat.

Leorio stormed to their apartment and looked at their mail box, of course that hasn't been checked. He grabbed the mail and opened the door.

"Kurapika! Come here now!" Kurapika popped his head from the kitchen and smiled, "Yes?" He said sweetly.

"Oh don't act like you don't know what you did!" Kurapika tilted his head in confusion, "What do you mean?"

Leorio slammed his wallet on the table, "ALL MY CARDS ARE DECLINED!!! I ONLY HAVE USED THEM FOR THE STUFF WE NEED!!! WHAT THE HELL DID YOU BUY?"

Kurapika looked down, "Clothes, shoes, hair stuff, and umm..."

"And what?"

Kurapika grabbed something from behind him, "A kitten?" Leorio started at the small animal, "A whole ass KITTEN!!!" Kurapika closed his eyes and nodded, "Yes and I'm sorry! He was just so cute and small plus he came from an abusive home! I already bought all the stuff I would need for him! Please can we keep him!" He spoke quickly slurring his words, "Please! Just look at his face!"

Kurapika held the kitten up to Leorio's height. Leorio sighed, "Fine, BUT, you will be fully responsible for him! Also you need to get a job so you can pay off ALL the money you bought with my credit cards."

Kurapika nodded and brought the kitten to his chest, "Okay! I'll look for a job next week!"

Leorio looked at the kitten, "What's his name?" Kurapika looked down at the kitten, "Oreo..... Oreo Paladiknight, because he's black and white like an Oreo."

Leorio sighed, "Paladiknight?"

Kurapika nodded, "Yeah, because if I keep him he's like my son, and you're my boyfriend, so you're like his dad."

Leorio sighed, "Whatever. Also, I'm not paying for his vet appointments." Kurapika gasped, "You have to! I won't have enough money, even if I get a well paying job, till months! Vet appointments are expensive!"

Leorio shrugged, "Should have thought of the before you brought him home."

Kurapika pouted, "Please~" Leorio shook his head, "Nope." Kurapika frowned, "Pretty please! I'll do whatever you want me to for the next week!"

"Whatever I want?"

"As long as it's PG, there's a child living with us now." Kurapika held Oreo to his face. Leorio sighed, "Fine."

Kurapika smiled, "Thank you, thank you, thank you! We both appreciate it!" The kitten mowed as if he was saying "Thank you" before he jumped out of Kurapika's arms.

Kurapika hugged Leorio, "I'm sorry for spending all your money, and again, thank you."

Leorio sighed and rubbed Kurapika's head, "You're welcome."
