Ice Cream Sundaes pt.1

I swear to god if there's one Pico joke I will block you because that shit is disgusting 😀

Kurapika POV

I set out the bowls of toppings and leaned against the counter, "Leorio! You have the ice cream?"

Leorio walked out of the basement, "Yeah, but why do we keep the ice cream in the basement freezer?" I smiled at him, "So the kids don't get it when they visit. The ice cream is for us unless we say otherwise."

He placed the boxes in front of me, "Why is that exactly?"

I shrugged, "We both have mental breakdowns at three in the morning and our solution is ice cream." He nodded, "You're right."

"What kind of ice cream do you want?"

"Um, I'll take strawberry."

Leorio looked at me, "Really? That's surprising." I tilted my head, "Why do you say that?" He shrugged, "You seem like a vanilla guy."

"I'm not vanilla, if anyone should know that it should be you."

He chuckled and started scooping the ice cream into bowls that I had put out earlier. He glanced at me, "What kind do you think the kids will want?"

"Killua would probably want chocolate, Gon would want rainbow sherbet, and Alluka would like neapolitan."

Leorio repeated the flavors I said as he scooped them into a bowl.

I looked up at him, "What flavor do you like?"

He shrugged, "I only ever ate vanilla as a kid, that's basically the only thing that my family could afford having five kids and all. But I wouldn't mind if you recommend me a flavor, that isn't strawberry because I am allergic to it."

"What are you allergic to?"

"Both the strawberries and honey that is I some recipes."

"Hm, I didn't know that. Okay how about mint chocolate chip?" He shook his head, "I hate mint flavored things."

I gasped, "Really?"

"Yes." He laughed. I shook my head in disappointment and disbelief. He looked over at me and laughed, "What is that supposed to mean?"

I sighed, "You're a disappointment to this family."

He chuckled, "Wow thanks."

I tapped the counter, "Cookie dough, you brought that up right?" He nodded, "Yeah." I stood up, "Try cookie dough, it's really good."

He smiled at me, "Okay, I will. Now let's go get the kids, I'll put the ice cream in the fridge."
