In honour of it being Euphoria Eve, here is Chapter 51!

Trigger Warning: Smut 😈

Sophie did a lap around the entire house for Cassie. And came up empty handed, just as she expected. She tried calling her. Nothing. No answer.

"Fuck." She sighed as she walked back towards Nate, who strangely enough, was still glancing at the bathroom door every few seconds, "Maddy's fine, don't worry."

He was a bit startled by her presence, "Yeah, I know."

She looked up at him suspiciously. Something was so off putting and she couldn't put her finger on it. She pushed it aside so she could actually have fun tonight.

"I miss drinking on nights like these. I just feel like everyone is having so much fun."

"Yeah, I know what you mean."

"You can drink though?"

"I don't know, it's not the same anymore."

"I know. It sucks sometimes."

Nate looked towards the bathroom once again as McKay walked up to the two of them.

"Yo, yo, what's good man?" McKay asked as he and Nate hugged.

"McKay, good to see you."

"Been a couple weeks, man."

"Yeah." He nodded before turning to Sophie, "Happy New Year, Sophie."

"Happy New Year, McKay." She replied as they shared a quick hug before Lexi came up behind them.

"Hey, Happy New Year, McKay."

"What's up, Lex? Happy New Year." The two of them hugged.

"Uh, have you seen Cassie?" Lexi asked McKay as Sophie watched Nate's eyes flicker to the bathroom once again.

"Uh nah, I ain't seen Cassie since, uh-"

Lexi nodded, "Yeah."

"Is she here though?"

"Uh, no. Well, I don't know."

"No?"

"Well, will you text me if you hear from her?"

"Yeah I got you." McKay said with a smile.

Lexi smiled back at him as she looked at Sophie, "You still haven't seen her either?"

"Nope." Sophie said as she looked towards Nate, "What about you, Nate?"

"Uh, yeah, no, haven't seen her." He said, looking at his cup and taking a drink.

Lexi and Sophie shared a look, but shrugged it off.

"Good luck. We will find her soon, you know?"

Lexi nodded as she walked off.

Now Sophie was stuck in the middle of McKay and Nate's conversation.

"Yo, it's so fucking good to see you, bro." Nate said, smiling at McKay.

"Yeah, good to see you, man."

"Yeah." Nate looked down.

"Are you good?" McKay asked, looking between Sophie and Nate.

"Yeah, no. I'm good, man."

McKay nodded before glancing at Sophie, "You look good, Soph. How are you feeling?"

"Honestly?" She asked as McKay nodded, "I'm tired a lot, but, I'm good. Really good."
