Rue and Lexi were putting together the pieces about Jules and Nate's relationship the Monday after Halloween. And to be honest, they practically had the entire scenario right. Lexi still hadn't talked to Sophie, and quite frankly, she didn't want to until Nate was out of the picture. But that wouldn't happen, of course. And when Rue came to her with all these theories, she decided to become a part of it and well, the two of them were figuring out some of the shadiest shit. Except, Lexi didn't want Rue to know the entire truth, she still had a piece of her that wanted to protect the situation, which she thought was fucked up. In first period, Nate and Sophie walked in holding hands and sat down as everyone stared at them.

On the morning announcements, the principal stated, "False accusations in today's world can cause serious long-term damage to one's career, reputation, and emotional well-being. We all owe Nate Jacobs a heartfelt apology, and are excited and thrilled to have him back at East Highland. Hope you all had an amazing Halloween. Happy Monday!"

"Welcome back, Mr. Jacobs. It's good to see you here again." Mrs. Watson said, with a smile.

"It's good to be back." Nate said, leaning across the aisle, giving Sophie a quick peck on the lips.

Nate felt someones eyes on him and he glanced over his shoulder, only to make eye contact with Rue and Lexi, who were both glaring at him from outside the classroom. He smirked and glanced back to the front. What were they doing spying on him and Sophie?

Meanwhile...

"Why would Jules lie to help Nate?" Lexi asked, confused as Rue glanced at her.

"I don't know."

"Well, have you asked her about it?"

"No."

"You haven't asked her?"

"No, Lexi."

"Well, doesn't that seem like the first logical step?" Lexi asked.

Rue looked over at Lexi, "Honestly, Howard, this whole thing is beyond logic."

"Nate, I booked us an appointment to find out the baby's gender." Sophie said as she sat down beside him in the cafeteria.

"Really? When?"

"They had a cancelation today after school, so, if you're ready, we can go."

Nate bit his lip, "Yeah, totally."

He knew that this would be happening, but it was all becoming too real.

"I'm so excited."

"Me too." Nate muttered, giving her a small smile.

He was dreading the fact that this baby could be a boy and it could turn out like him, or his brother, or his father. Any of those options were awful in his mind. He had his fingers crossed that their baby was a girl.

Meanwhile...

Rue and Lexi entered the girls bathroom and Rue continued on with her theories.

"Unless, Jules is in love with Nate."

"Why would she be in love with Nate?"

"Listen, the night of the carnival, she said she wanted to go meet up with this guy she met online, okay? He's some fucking jock that's from a conservative family, and they were talking and texting for weeks. And when I say texting, I don't just mean regular fucking texting, they were sexting."

Lexi looked confused, "Like nudes?"

"Yeah. Side note, very nice dick, very clean room. But, she never fucking saw his face."
