Chapter 51: Loki's Scepter

Y/N's POV

So, once we get to Strucker's lab we immediately get attacked by HYDRA.

I am swinging through the trees but my web gets hit and I fall down into the jeep driven by Natasha and Clint.

I then jump from the Jeep and take out a couple HYDRA agents.

Then Steve comes through taking down the goons on his motorcycle.

Thor also comes in and is destroying tanks.

We all then move forward to take down HYDRA.

As we continue to take out the HYDRA goons, Tony comes over the comms.

Tony: Shit!

Steve: Language! Jarvis what's the view from upstairs?

Jarvis: The central building is protected by some kind of energy shield. Struckers technology is well beyond any other HYDRA base we've taken.

Thor: Loki's scepter must be here.

Y/N: Thor's right. Strucker couldn't mount his defense without it.

Thor: At long last.

Natasha: "At long last" is lasting a little long boys.

Clint: Yeah, looks like we lost the element of surprise.

I then realize Cap said something that should really be addressed.

Y/N: Hold on. Is anyone else gonna deal with the fact that Cap just said "Language"?

Steve: I know.

I then look over to see Steve throw his motorcycle at a tank.

Steve: It just slipped out.

I go over to help Steve out as he's starting to get surrounded.

After a few more minutes we hear from Natasha that Clint's been hit bad and there's a new enhanced human who can run really fast.

Tony has also managed to get the bridge leading to Strucker's lab down.

Y/N: He's a blur.

Steve: Of all the new players we've faced I haven't seen anything like this. In fact I still haven't.

Natasha: Guys, Clint's hurt bad. We're gonna need an evac.

Thor: I can get Barton to the jet. You two help Stark secure the scepter.

Steve: Copy that.

Then we see a bunch of goons lining up.

Thor: They're lining up.

Steve: Well, they're excited.

Thor and Steve then take down the goons and a tank with the combination of Caps shield and Thor's hammer.

Thor: Find the scepter.

Thor then flies away.

Y/N: (Sarcastically) And for gosh sake, watch your "language."
