Chapter 90: The Recruits

(Twenty Minutes Later)

Y/N's POV

So I called Scott as he was my contact and he agreed to help us out, I also called Wade.

Sam then called his contact, a guy named Frank Castle he met one time when he was looking for Bucky by himself.

Cap also made a call to Clint and he's gonna bring Scott, Frank and Wanda to us.

We pull up under a highway and see Sharon Carter who Steve told me about.

Steve: Alright, I'll be right back.

Y/N: Okay.

Steve: Okay.

Steve gets out of the car and goes over to her.

She opens the trunk to reveal Cap, Sam and Bucky's gear. 

As I'm sitting here I hear Sam and Bucky in the back.

Bucky: Can you move over?

Sam: No.

Sam moves over slightly.

Bucky and Sam continue to argue.

Y/N: Hey, both of you knock it off right now. We're already putting our asses on the line and we don't need to listen to you arguing your asses off this whole, is that clear?

They both nod.

Sam & Bucky: Jeez, bro.

After a moment or so, Steve and Sharon kiss.

Steve then comes back to the car and gets inside.

Steve: You guys ready?

Y/N: Yeah.

Then we drive off.

(Thirty Minutes Later)

We've now made it to a parking garage near the airport. 

We drive up a couple of floors and park up next to a white van. 

Clint and Wanda get out of it as Steve and I get out of the car.

Clint: Cap. 

He and Steve shake hands. 

Steve: I wouldn't have called if I had any other choice.

Clint: Hey man, you're doing me the favour. Besides, I owe a debt. 

Steve looks to Wanda. 

Steve: Thanks for coming. I know Evander wanted to sign the accords which put you two at odds.

Wanda: It was time for me to get off my ass and my boyfriend will live.

Y/N: What about our other recruits? 

Clint: There ready to go. 

Clint opens the van door to reveal Scott, Wade and the guy Sam called.

Frank: We had to put some coffee in him but he's good. 

Wade: Wow. This is so cool.

Scott and Frank get out of the van. 

Scott: What time zone is this? 

Scott sees Steve. 

Scott: Captain America! 

He shakes Cap's hand. 

Steve: Scott Lang I presume? 

He nods. 

Scott: Yeah that's right. You're Captain America. 

He then looks at Wanda. 

Scott: I know you too, you're great. 

Scott then looks back to Steve. 

Scott: Look I know you guy's know alot of super people. So, thanks for thinking of me. 

He looks at me. 

Scott: Hey man. 

Y/N: Lang, thanks for coming.

Scott: Sure, no problem. 

Y/N: No Hope, I presume? 

Scott: Yeah... she's doesn't know I'm here. 

Y/N: Makes sense.

Then I look at Frank.

Y/N: And you must be Frank.

I shake his hand.

Frank: Nice to meet you, Spider-Man.

Y/N: Wish I could say the same.

He chuckles.

Frank: Your funny, I like funny.

He then greets Steve.

Steve: Scott, Frank did these guys tell you what we're up against? 

Scott: Something about some psycho-assassins? 

Steve: We're outside the law on this one. So if you two come with us you're wanted men.

We hear intercom turn on. 

Bucky: They're evacuating the airport. 

Sam: Stark. 

Scott: Stark? 

Steve then looks to all of us. 

Steve: Alright suit up. Y/N you're with me, the rest of you get into your positions. 

I walk away for a moment and then the Symbiote covers my body.

I then walk back out and after a few minutes Steve comes over.

Steve: You ready?

Y/N: Let's go.

Steve and I start walking as we get ready for possibly fighting our friends.
