Sam and Halley were training on their own as they were the most experienced out of the Miyagi-dos, Daniel wanted to focus more on the boys if they wanted a chance at winning against Cobra Kai. The girl's training consisted mostly of sparing each other and making sure they didn't have any weak spots.
Mid training Daniel walked in and saw his very first students sparing. He couldn't help but stare and realize how much the both of them had grown, to him it felt like yesterday when they were just six years old and stumbled at attempting to kick, now they were both amazingly talented fighters.
"Sam" Daniel breathed out. Sam had told Halley about Tory's visit to her house so she knew things were still tense in the LaRusso household "Halley" he now turned to his niece "Eli came back, he needs a gi to train, could you take one and give it to him" he pointed to the cabinet where they kept the gi's, he said that while turning his eyes to his daughter. Halley smiled and obliged knowing they had to have their talk alone and also exited that in the en Eli had decided to come back to Karate
"Glad to see you made up your mind" Halley said as she approached the group of boys. Eli immediately turned at the sound of her voice
"Yeah, I listened to an advise someone wise gave me" he smiled brightly
"Wise, huh?" she teased
"Only sometimes" he teased back. Halley rolled her eyes, smile still stuck to her lips as she extended the gi towards him
"Welcome to Miyagi-do" He took it and she could see how much it meant to him, receiving his Miyagi-do gi meant a big change in his life and he was grateful he was able to do it "Now, why are you all standing there and not training" Halley put her hands in her hips as she turned to the others that were just standing there watching the interaction

Halley was leaving practice with a smile in her lips, the day had been great for her and also for the rest of the Cobra Kai boys, they were getting better by the day and if they kept improving they would definitely have a chance at winning against Cobra Kai, or at least give them a run for their money
"Halls" Eli's voice stopped her from getting in her car. He jogged to catch up with her, a smile also in his lips
"Hey, so, what did you think about practice" She knew he hadn't had the best time around the Miyagi-dos after he left Cobra Kai, but today everyone seemed more at ease with him there
"It's..." he stopped to look for the right word "Different" he shrugged "But good, like good different" he was quick to add
"Well, glad you enjoyed it"
"I also wanted to thank you" he suddenly seemed shy "I feel like you've helped me more than I deserve after royaly fucking up"
"It's no problem" she raised one of her hands to his shoulders and squeezed in reassurance "We all fuck up sometimes, we still deserve to be helped" Eli looked at her in the eyes and before he could stop himself he wrapped his arms around Halley's waist, his face resting in her shoulders. It took Halley a few seconds to react, that was the last thing she expected he would do, after the shock wore off she reciprocated the hug wrapping her arms around his neck
They stayed like that for longer than a normal hug is considered reasonable to last but neither of them minded. They hadn't hugged since long before they broke up and the comfort of each other's arms was greatly missed. They both very much needed that hug
"Thank you" he whispered against her

"Halley, you can stop looking at me like I'm gonna burst in tears at any second" Sam rolled her eyes as both cousins stood close to the front doors of the school. They knew Tory would be walking in any second
"I'm just worried about you" Halley shrugged. And she had all the reasons to be just as Sam still was about her.
"You don't have to b-'' she was interrupted by the sight of the blonde in front of them. Same gave a step forward towards her and they were face to face. Halley decided to stay were she was, at a safe distance just in case
"I heard you let me back in, LaRusso. So I guess I should-" Tory was the first one to talk
"I don't know what game you're playing, but I'm not scared of you "Sam didn't let her finish" You're not in control here. I am. My parents might fall for your bullshit, but if you so much as look at me funny, I will kick your ass for a third time. I'm coming for you bitch" Sam walked away and Halley followed right behind her with a sigh, it was obvious that having Tory, on any of the Cobra Kais, so close to them wasn't a good idea
And Halley just wished that after the school fight she would have been given the chance of not allowing Erick to ever step foot into the school, but of course, his parents have money, so that buys everything
