Halley was nervous as she stood on the side of the mat, everyone basically on the edge of their seats for the fight. The Miyagi-dos were down a sensei on their side as Johnny was coaching Tory per Robby's request, Halley wasn't too sure where he pulled the black Cobra Kai Gi from but he managed and now he was on the other side of the mat standing besides Tory.

"Now, for our second semi-final of the day we have Zara Malik fighting for the Iron Dragons" there were cheers louder than they'd heard that afternoon for the foreign fighter "And Tory Nichols for Cobra Kai now being coached by two time All Valley champion Johnny Lawrence!" there was less cheers which was ironic considering who were the locals but over everyone else the Miyagi-dos cheers were heard over everyones "The winner of this match will move onto the finals to face Halley LaRusso" the brunette lowered her head at the words, she was still hesitant about her future in the tournament. "Both competitors please come to the mat" when they reached the middle Zara bowed, Tory didn't and the brunette said something that changed Tory's look in her eyes. They did the usual procedures of bowing to each other and the referee before falling to their stances

"Let's go, Tory!" Halley cheered as she watched them both bounce

"Fight!" the referee gave them the green flag and it was Tory who attacked first, Zara blocking everything perfectly "Point" she landed a point on Tory's face, Halel was annoyed just watching Zara fight, she was tiny but so fast and a complete show off finding moments in the middle of the fight to pull off unnecessary flashy moves and it was clear Tory wasn't completely on her game "Point" a kick to the chest "Point" a punch in the chest "Point" kick in the stomach "Point" kick in the face. The round was over and Zara was 5 point over Tory with zero

"I hate her" Halley mumbled as she watched Zara blow a kiss to the audience. "Come on, Tory. You can beat her" Halley whispered, her eyes locked in the blonde. She saw as Robby approached his girlfriend and after a couple words Tory leaned in for a kiss that made the arena clap and awe at the couple. Apparently that's all it took because when Tory turned around it was visible to everyone with eyes that something had changed on the blonde "You got this, Tory!" she heard the Miyagi-dos around her cheer similar things

"Fighting stances" Halley saw as Tory fell into a more defensive stance, one that perfectly embodied the stance Halley and Sam had shown her when they trained together but still kept so much of her essence on it "Fight!" Zara tried to bait her into flinching to a false attack but Tory was having none of it, she avoided and defended beautifully and then "Point" she found the room to score

"Yes!" Halley cheered, she looked at Sam also clapping both with big smiles in their faces, they knew Tory deserved going to the finals

"Point!" punch to the face "Knock down. Ten points!" Tory was killing it, there were cheers for her, Halley shook Eli who was standing besides her who didn't care because he shared the same excitement "Another point" Zara's frustration was visible "Knockdown. Then points" Tory just kept doing it. Silver was not happy but nobody was looking at him and Tory finished the fight, she launched at Zara striking her in the face with a kick that sent her immediately to the floor and Halley was sure if she had been standing any closer the blood spilling from her mouth would've splashed her "Knockout. Winner!" Halley jumped along with her friends, hands in the air clapping as Johnny rushed to the mat to congratulate her and slowly so did the rest, Tory was hugged and congratulated by everyone she once called an enemy, by those who she swore she would never like, they were now happy and proud of her for making it through
