035. I DON'T NEED OR WANT YOUR HELP

Chapter thirty five

"I don't need or want your help." 

Going to school, Beatrix was wearing a hat over her head that covered her eyes as she opened her locker and took out what she needed for class, as Bonnie walked up to her "Beatrix, I've been calling and texting you but you haven't been picking up, I thought something happened to you." she shared, as Beatrix closed her locker, Bonnie furrowed her brows, noticing her red eyes and and she knew it wasn't from drugs "what happened?" she asked her.

"The guy that actually liked me got stabbed through the heart with a dagger right in front of me and now he's dead and I will never be speaking to Damon, or Stefan, or Elena or anyone who knew about it ever again." Beatrix shared, fixing her bag over her shoulder, she began walking off, as Bonnie's eyes went wide, following after her "whoa, whoa, I..I didn't know anything about that, let alone that you had gotten so close either Elijah. Why didn't you tell me?" she asked her, as Beatrix shrugged "because it happened as quick as one of those romance novels do. He asked me to walk with him a few times, holding his arm out for me and i took it and we talked a lot and then he kissed me and I kissed him back and after almost dying again, being with him in that way especially after Tyler was..electric. I mean his touch made every inch of my skin feel like it was on fire." she shared.

As Bonnie couldn't help but smile "well, if it means anything you're not the only one who's potentially breaking the rules when it comes to romance." she shared, as Beatrix raised her brows "oh, please don't tell me it was Luca?" she asked her "no, um, I'll get to what happened there but it's actually Jermey." Bonnie shared, and when she did, Beatrix's jaw dropped "Ms Bennett!" she voiced, as Bonnie laughed, linking her arm with her's "hey, we've only kissed we haven't gone as far as you and Mr Smith." she shared, making Beatrix chuckle but as she did, she then went silent again "yet now he's gone and I just feel..nothing." she shared, as Bonnie sighed "well, seeing as Dr Martin came and took my powers after he found out I did a deep dive into Luca's brain." she shared.

Making Beatrix stop walking as she turned and looked at her "he took you powers?" she asked her, as Bonnie nodded "oh my god, Bonnie, if..if I had looked at my phone, I would've known about this.." she shared, as Bonnie quickly shook her head "no, no, don't feel sorry, you had been through enough you deserved some good, and if what you said happened in front of you I'm not surprised you didn't answer. That's awful." she shared, as Beatrix nodded, taking a deep breath "I just..I can't stop thinking about it, you know? I had told him I was worried about him and..and he told me everything will be fine and I believed him and..and then.." she shared.

As Bonnie put her hands on her shoulders "hey, I'm supposed to hang out with Elena and Caroline but I think..with everything us witches are going through, I think we just need an us night." she shared "no, no, Bonnie, don't..I'm not gonna make you choose sides." Beatrix told her "it's not choosing sides. I'm just being there for my friend after our other friends conspired to kill the first good thing she had going for her." Bonnie shared, making Beatrix chuckle as she started crying.

"And I mean, hanging out with Elena right now would kind of be awkward seeing as I'm falling in love with her brother." Bonnie added on, as Beatrix pulled her into a hug, Bonnie pulled her back, Beatrix let out a breath "we're gonna be different then the other Black and Bennett witches aren't we?" she asked her, as Bonnie smiled "yes." she told her, as the two stood in the hallway hugging each other.

Although as they did, Jermey walked up to them "hey, guys.." he told them, as Beatrix pulled away from Bonnie "I'm gonna go." she told her "no, Beatrix, he doesn't..." Bonnie was telling her, as Beatrix turned walking down the hallway, Bonnie sighed "what was that about?" Jermey asked her "girl witch drama." Bonnie told him, although as she watched Beatrix go down the hallway, her eyes went wide "oh no." she said "what?" Jermey asked her "Stefan." Bonnie told him, as Stefan walked up to Beatrix, Beatrix blatantly ignored him, as he turned grabbing her arm, Beatrix ripped it out of his hold, and continued walking and as she did, Stefan turned and followed her.
