Chapter one hundred and thirty five

"Mommy's back."

Having gone back to mystic falls, Beatrix and Damon had gone to the cemetery where the two had dug graves for all of their friends, where when Matt, Stefan, Alaric and Caroline all carried Tyler's casket in, they put it down and noticed the four graves in front of them "we've been waiting for you." Beatrix said, as they all turned to her and Damon "I see you found Tyler. Which is interesting seeing I'm still alive and the last time I saw you Matt, you threatened to kill me." Beatrix shared, as Stefan grabbed the shovel.

"Yeah, I got a little carried away about the whole ripping the throat out thing. My apologies to Donovan. I'm sure you cleaned him up real nice." Damon shared, as Stefan snapped the shovel in half "what are you gonna do with that? Stake me? Go ahead try it. But first.." Damon shared, holding his arm out to the graves "take your pick. Because I'm gonna bury every one of you." he shared, as Stefan stepped toward's them "don't do something you'll regret." Beatrix told him "what like you did?" Caroline asked her, as Beatrix looked to her "I've been doing what I have to!" she voiced.

As Matt pulled out his gun, Beatrix looked to him "what your gonna shoot me?" she asked, as Alaric turned to him "Matt.." he told him "she killed Tyler." Matt told him, as Damon sped toward's him "Matt Donovan." he said, as Caroline and Stefan looked to him, Alaric looked to Beatrix "the only living boy in mystic falls. You know, it's shocking you managed to stay human this long. Maybe I should fix that." Damon shared "is that why you came home, Damon? To make empty threats?" Stefan asked "not empty, brother." Damon shared, biting into his wrist and feeding Matt his blood "don't move or I'll snap his neck. Give Matt here a non transferrable invitation to our supernatural breakfast club." he shared.

"Damon, enough." Caroline told him, as Damon pulled his wrist away and grabbed Matt by the neck "sweet Caroline. How many innocent people did you kill on your no humanity bender, hmm? Doesn't matter what you say or don't. The devil knows what you did." Damon shared "Beatrix, what happened?" Alaric asked her "I am what I have always been." Beatrix shared "no, you're different." Alaric shared, as Damon chuckled "professor Ric Saltzman, everyone. Certified genius. Knows you better then you know yourself." he shared.

"Damon, just go. Nobody wants you here." Caroline told him, as Damon looked at them all "you all despise me, right? Just so were clear. I killed Tyler, you hate my guts, our ties are severed, huh? Great. If you thought there was any remaining opportunity to rescue me, let this prove you wrong." Damon shared, speeding out of there, and as he did, Beatrix let out a breath "god, I never thought he'd leave." she shared, as Alaric furrowed his brows, Stefan, Caroline and Matt glared at her, Beatrix smirked, snapping her fingers and as she did, she disappeared.

Where as she did, the sound of thudding could be heard from the casket, as they all turned around, Stefan walked toward's it, opening the coffin and as he did, Tyler sat up gasping, looking around him "she saved my life." he said "no, no, she must've..she must've slipped you Damon's blood." Matt shared, as Tyler looked at him "she snapped Damon's neck so he's stop feeding on me." he shared, climbing out of the casket "she then told me that she needs to think I'm dead. So she slowed down by heart told me that once you guys buried me I'd be brought back to life and needed to get as far away from here as possible and that she'd let me know when it was safe to come back." he shared.

"Wait if she did that why wouldn't she tell, Damon?" Caroline asked "because she doesn't want the sirens to know." Stefan shared "but why? I thought they were all working together?" Alaric asked "or maybe Beatrix knows the sirens plan is trying to stop it from the inside. Saving Tyler was her way of telling us." Stefan shared, as he turned walking off.

Having left the cemetery, Beatrix reappeared at the school carnival and as she did, she began walking through it, as the sounds of screams and laughter filled her ears, the screams were so different then the one's she heard in her time in hell, where flashes came through her mind of the night she died and how the hell hound ripped her apart and then remembered what happened to her in hell, the torture she experienced "step right up! And test your strength!" a man voiced, and as he did, Beatrix turned and looked at the mallet in his hand and the bell all the way at the top.

She walked over "ten bucks to play." the guy shared, as Beatrix handed him the ten dollars, he handed her the mallet, as Beatrix held it in her hand, she swung it down and as she did, the little thing shot up and hit the bell as it dinged, she threw down the mallet "I'll take the black dog, please." she told him, as the man grabbed it, he turned and handed it to her, still looking at her in shock.

Beatrix turned walking off "good try." Seline the sirens voice filled her ears, she followed it and found her at the ring toss with Josie and Sabrina "this is too hard." Josie said, giving up "I'm gone for what a couple months and my girls learn to give up?" Beatrix asked, and when she did, Josie and Sabina's eyes went wide, as they turned to her "mommy!" they yelled, running over to her, Beatrix put the stuffed dog down and put her arms around them "oh! I've missed you two so much!" she voiced, looking past them and at Seline who was holding a dead gold fish in her hand.

Leaving the carnival, they had gone to warehouse, as the fish was on top of the pile, Beatrix noticed the dead body underneath it and knew it was the sirens doing "are we gonna bury the fish?" Sabrina asked as her and Josie clung to Beatrix "yes, but in our own way. You see, we are made up of two parts. Our body and our soul. See, some people are very special. And when they die, a man name Cade comes to take their soul away." Seline shared, as Beatrix ran her hands through Josie and Sabrina's hair "but that's only if your bad because if you're good the angels come to take you away." she shared, looking at them.

She then looked up at Seline who was standing across the way and as she did, her eyes glowed red as the wood in front of them caught on fire, as Josie and Sabrina gasped watching it in amazement, Beatrix looked down at them "let's go get some ice cream." she told them, turning and walking, Seline followed behind them.
