Chapter one hundred and forty three

"A little grandfather granddaughter time."

After having talked with Kai about how he wants to spend the rest of his life here and not in hell, Alaric ran into the room that Beatrix was in, he heard the beeping of the EKG, as he ran in, finding her still alive, he let out a breath "your lucky she's not already dead." he shared, turning to Damon "I mean seriously the kids a sociopath your gonna get us all killed." he shared "not necessarily." Damon told him "didn't you try that whole thing last time with Beatrix and she made you feel every pain that Kai's made her feel? Cause in case in the months he's been dead you forgot that he's murdered Beatrix many times and even tried to murder our kids while they were still in utero." Alaric shared.

"I haven't forgotten, Ric. Look when I get out of him what I want, I will send him back to hell in pieces, I promise you both." Damon shared "well, whatever your gonna do, just do it far away from here." Alaric told him "how about a little faith, huh?" Damon asked "she put her faith in you and now your teaming up with her murderer again.' Alaric shared, stepping around him and walking out of the room, where Damon looked at Beatrix and turned around walking out.

Where soon, sometime had passed, as Beatrix woke up, she felt like her head was pounding as her phone rang, she grabbed it and answered it "hello?" she asked, as Damon let out a breath "thank god your okay." he said, as Beatrix furrowed her brows "I don't think my head pounding suffices as okay." she shared "that's not good. But unrelated, you know how you got out of hell?" Damon asked "what?" Beatrix asked him, as she stood up "I'm just saying, you and Cade got out of hell." Damon shared.

"Cade let me out seeing as he was done torturing me and felt I could be of good use. And Cade only got out because Stefan compelled Matt to ring that damn bell twelve times, but he only rang it eleven thanks to you. What does this have to do with anything? Did Cade kill Stefan?" Beatrix asked, but when she did, Damon didn't answer her right away, as Beatrix got this feeling like Damon wasn't alone "your not alone right now, are you? And it's not Stefan." she shared "well, what if I told you there was a way to unlink your life from Elenas. And what if the very..small price to pay was us freeing a soul from hell?" Damon asked.

"When talking about freeing someone from hell, there is no us, that's all me. And the person your talking about is Kai Parker and I made him explode..are you with him right now!" Beatrix voiced, and as she did, the lights in the room flickered "no." Damon told her "I'm starting to get really bad deja vu." Beatrix shared, walking out of the room "Beatrix, why would I do that to you again?" Damon asked "because your you. And that pounding in my head is only getting stronger and the lights all around me are all flickering which never means anything good." Beatrix shared "Beatrix, you need to calm down." Damon told her.

"You do realize my great grandfather and my grandfather were all psychic right? Which would explain how I know your lying to me!" Beatrix voiced, as the lights in the room cracked, the entire building shook "I..I need to go. Something..something's wrong with me. I have to talk to my grandfather." she shared "no. Bad idea, Beatrix.." Damon told her, as Beatrix hung up, and ran out of there.

Having arrived at her destination, Beatrix didn't even really know how she knew he was here, as she parked her car and got out of it, she began walking down the blocks trying to find the place she was drawn to, as her phone rang "look, I don't have time to explain or talk about what I'm doing." she shared "well that makes sense why your no longer at the armory. I brought the girls here. But if your feeling better then maybe it's better if we all go stay at your house." Alaric shared "yeah. That'll be great." Beatrix told him "I'm glad that your okay, Beatrix." Alaric told her, as the two hung up.
