105. PLAN TO PUT KAI AWAY

Chapter one hundred and five

"Plan to put Kai away."

The next morning, Beatrix was walking through the halls of the hospital and as she turned the corner she saw Jo and Alaric at the end of the hallway, Jo looked at her with wide eyes "Trixi?" she asked, as Alaric furrowed his brows, turning around he saw Beatrix "I'm alive! Which I would've probably told you years ago but you know I was too busy not remembering who you are. And as a best friend that really sucks." Beatrix shared, as Jo walked up to her, pulling her into a hug, Beatrix hugged her back, she sensed something as she pulled back "your pregnant?" she asked her.

As Jo huffed "you couldn't have come back a bit earlier and told me first instead of Kai?" she asked her "well, being stuck there alone and being tortured to where I then was forcefully reminded of all the time I spent with you guys where he then got out and it being my fault kind of put a kink in my escape plan." Beatrix shared, furrowing her brows as she looked at Alaric "speaking of which did you know that Damon's just casually hanging out with the said psycho believing he's changed?" she asked.

"Well if anyone can agree with you on that being absolutely not true then it would be us." Alaric shared, walking toward's them "which is why I need your dad's phone number?" Beatrix asked Jo "my dad's phone number? Why?" Jo asked "because I have a feeling even after everything I told Damon last night that he's not gonna stop nagging me about this other prison world and seeing as Kai's his new buddy I assume he'd be coming with us. So I need to consult your dad and possibly even you two if you think turning on Damon and leaving Kai in that god awful prison world once again is a good idea or not." Beatrix shared, and as she did, Alaric and Jo raised their brows.

Having gone back to her house, Beatrix was standing on the balcony as she looked down at Damon who bombarded into her home unknowingly just like she wanted, seeing as Joshua Parker, Jo and even Alaric all agreed to this plan "what makes you think after last night that I wanna help you? I mean I'm not usually the one who get's the welcome back party but having the guy who you thought loved you bombard you with the guy who tried to kill you all so he could fake apologize?" she asked.

"And then I real apologized for being a dick." Damon told her "but see you forget that your apologies don't matter, Damon. Because now your here again! Trying to get me not to just help you but him as well!" Beatrix voiced "Bonnie, we need Kai to get to 1903, and we need Black witch blood to do the damn spell. Listen. We go in, we grab my mom, she flips Stefan switch, he triggers Caroline, emotional dominoes, hey! Everybody wins." Damon shared "except me. But I guess in your case I'm always collateral damage, right?" Beatrix asked him, and as she did, Damon looked at her, remembering how she saved him from being stuck in the tomb then passed out and died, how he snapped her neck.

And knowing he was being reminded of all of it, Beatrix slammed her hands on the banister snapping him out of it "alright, before you get on your knees and beg for me to help you. I'll do it. No matter how annoying and excruciatingly painful it will be." she shared, as Damon nodded.

Beatrix was then sitting at a diner with Kai as the two ate breakfast "you want the 1903 ascendant. Well, sure. Let me just reach in my pocket and pull it out." Kai shared, as Beatrix pointed her fork at him "we played this game remember? Ooh I don't know where it is, it's not with me. And then a few days later, you shot me! With an arrow. So if any of that apology the other night was real then you'll cut the bullshit and give me the ascendant." she shared "ok. The problem is the gemini kept the existence of the 1903 prison world a secret for generations, so to find the key to that particular jail cell," Kai shared.
