Chapter seventy three

"Witches stick together."

It had been a few days, and since Beatrix had no friends other then her great grandfather Silas she had nobody as she was sitting in the witches room in her house, reading through one of her grandma's many spell books, as she heard the sound the doorbell, she furrowed her brows, putting down the book, she stood up from the chair and walked out of the room and down the hall, going downstairs, to the front door, she opened it and when she did, she saw Bonnie standing there, as she furrowed her brows "Bonnie, what are you doing here?" she asked her.

"Is your great grandfather here?" Bonnie asked her, as Beatrix turned around "no I don't think he is but he like's to pop around. Why?" she asked, turning back to her "because he appeared to me at prom as Jermey. He asked me if I could help you two." Bonnie shared, as Beatrix chuckled "he told me that me and him couldn't trust anyone else, why would he just invite you in without telling me?" she asked "maybe he thinks you need a friend." Bonnie told her "I don't have friends. I mean look at what my family's magic has done to you, Bonnie." Beatrix shared.

"I know, which is why since you helped me before. I wanna help you." Bonnie shared, as Beatrix furrowed her brows, Bonnie motioned her head behind her and turned walking toward's her car, and as she did, Beatrix turned and grabbed her jacket, and walked out the front door, following her to her car.

Having made it to a diner far out of town, the two were sitting at a table for three, as Beatrix turned and looked at her "do you mind filling me in on exactly what's going on? Normally I'm the cryptic one, I don't exactly like it being the other way around." she shared.

And as she did, Katherine sat across from them "what do the witches of mystic falls want with me? Cause newsflash, it's not very like you too when everyone need's them." she shared "Bonnie, didn't tell me you were gonna be here." Beatrix shared "well, she told me she had an offer that I can't refuse and at first I didn't believe it but the head strongest witch in town sitting at the table makes me change my mind." Katherine shared, as Beatrix looked back at Bonnie "what exactly do you have in mind?" she asked her, as Bonnie looked between them.

Meanwhile, back in mystic falls, Caroline had walked out of the Salvatore boarding house, as she dropped her keys by her car, she bent down to pick them up as she heard a rustling, she slowly bent down to pick them up, as she walked around her car, she looked out into the wood's "who's there?" she asked, and when she did, she saw Beatrix's red coat in the woods, as she turned around looking at her, Caroline's eyes went wide "Beatrix?" she asked, as Beatrix turned around and began walking away from her, Caroline began following after her.

The three were drinking coffee, as Bonnie had explained what she wanted but not what for "okay, so let me get this straight. You want me to hand over Silas's tombstone? What makes you think I even have it?" Katherine asked, as Beatrix scoffed "please, the guy who took Jermey was probably working for you, where you probably took it from him and our holding onto it to sell it on some witch market for a good price." she shared "so, you're both working for Silas now, huh? Running errands for the big, bag immortal." Katherine shared "he's Beatrix's great grandfather." Bonnie shared.

As Katherine looked to Beatrix with wide eyes "what?" she asked "family tree's a long story. But in two days were gonna be harnessing the power of the full moon and dropping the veil to the other side. He wants to take the cure and then he wants to die. So I have no choice but to help him, I even got Bonnie out of it but she wants back in for a reason she still won't tell me." Beatrix shared, looking to Bonnie "you don't need to worry about it. Just know that I need your help and I need Katherine to bring me the tombstone." Bonnie shared.
