060. THERE'S NOTHING WRONG WITH A LITTLE KILLING

Chapter sixty

"There's nothing wrong with a little killing."

The next morning, Beatrix was still sleeping, as Damon walked into her room, having stayed up with her all night, he moved a piece of hair out of her face "hey, come on, I need you to wake up, Stefan's not here." he shared "find him yourself." Beatrix told him, rolling over, Damon huffed "I would but it would all go a lot faster with the two of us seeing as he's not even answering his phone." Damon told her, as Beatrix huffed, pulling the blanket's off of her, she climbed out of bed and got dressed.

Where the two's first stop was Elena's, where the two walked inside and upstairs as Elena opened the door to leave her bedroom, the two walked in "oh. Excuse me. What are you two doing?" Elena asked "where's Stefan?" Damon asked her, as Elena held her arms out "okay, well, good morning to you, too." she shared "he's not answering his phone and I thought maybe he'd be here but he's not." Beatrix shared "which, you know, big deal, we've only got a killer vampire hunter on the loose." Damon shared "I haven't talked to him yet today." Elena shared, as Beatrix huffed "which makes her useless. I'm gonna try him again." she told him, pulling out her phone.

Damon put his hands on her shoulders "how about you take that call outside by my car, I'll meet you there." he told her, moving her out of the room, and as Beatrix called him, the phone rang and rang "hey, it's Stefan leave a message." his voice mail said again as she made it down the stairs "he didn't answer again!" she yelled, hanging up the phone, Damon walked out of the room "and he didn't answer me either on Elena's so he's either dodging all of us.." he shared "or something's wrong." Elena told them as she walked out of her room "or third option, he's pulling a me and doing something without the rest of us knowing." Beatrix shared, as all three of them furrowed their brows.

All of their phones dinged, and when they pulled them out, it was a text from Jermey and it read, hunter at mystic grill with hostages. They all die at sundown.

And it seemed Tyler Lockwood had gotten the same message, as the three headed to his house to come up with a plan, as Beatrix and Elena were sitting on the couch, Tyler stood behind them as Damon stood in front of them all "so we each take a different entrance hit him at the same time." Damon shared "like he doesn't have it trapped for whoever walks in, Damon we need to be smart about it before he kill us too. He took both you and Tyler down easy." Beatrix shared, as Stefan walked in "Stefan." Elena said, as she stood up walking toward's him, Damon turned to him "where the hell have you been?" he asked him.

"Coming up with a plan." Stefan shared as he hugged Elena "yeah, we have a plan. The plan is I'm gonna rip Connor's heart out and I'm gonna feed it to him." Damon shared, as Beatrix chuckled "that's not a plan. That's the same as when you told me we were gonna cut his head off and he shot you full of wooden bullets where I had to stop him from staking you." she shared "exactly, Beatrix's right, we need to be careful. Connor has Jermey and who knows how many other hostages." Stefan shared "probably Matt they work the same shift, right?" Beatrix asked "hence the open heart surgery." Damon told them.

"Damon's right. Connor's strong, but he's not gonna be able to take all of us." Elena shared, as Beatrix laughed "wow!" she voiced, standing up "because all of us should be taking advice from the girl that's always being saved, opposed to those of us who have actually succeeded in saving people." she shared "I called in the hybrids to help, too." Tyler shared, as Caroline walked in "my mom put squad cars blocking the streets. They're saying it's a faulty gas main. We're good to go." she shared "good. Great. No cops, no witnesses, no reason to wait around." Damon shared.

As Stefan held his hand up "alright, hold on, you're not all going." he told them "he shot me like nine times. If we're killing him, I want in." Tyler shared "he's got Jermey, I'm going." Elena told him "Stefan!" Beatrix voiced, putting her hands over her face "nobody is going anywhere until I figure out what we're walking into." Stefan shared "until you figure it out? Is that where you've been all morning, out buying bossy pants?" Damon asked him "this guys known for setting traps, right? We'd be pretty dumb to walk into one especially if he has werewolf venom." Stefan shared.
